absolutely adorable place! the plant selection is fantastic, and I got 5 plants for 25 dollars. nice staff, one at the front helped us pick a potting soil and plant feed. loved watching the bugs

We got a table top birdbath and some mushroom decorations to put in our frog terrarium. The bird bath works great as their soaking spot and the mushrooms are adorable! They even do a little jiggle when touched.

First time at this Straders, I left without buying anything. I asked the staff to help me with a product, and they neither took the time to understand my question, nor did they have a product that worked for my simple project. They also shut off the store lights where I was browsing, around 6:30 on a Tuesday evening. The experience made me feel like the staff didn’t want to help me and didn’t even want me in their store.

I love getting new plants and perusing garden centers. Even though I am super close to this store, I avoid it for other garden centers. I don't mind the prices being a little higher since they aren't a big box store, but I have felt like a bother when asking questions or generally being helped.

I didn't want to leave. Such a beautiful display of EVERYTHING that you or want for Christmas decor. Any place can throw out and throw up trees and poinsettias for sale, but this display is purposeful and elegant. We went in just to browe, and so glad we did for the sensory bonus from all of the Christmas aromas and waterfall backdrops. Makes me want to go back daily for a dose of serenity.

We visited Strader’s today and had the absolute best experience there. From the moment we walked in the door, we were greeted with kindness and smiles. We worked with Todd in the shrubs and trees area, and he went above and beyond to help us pick out plants for our landscaping project. He was an absolute joy to work with, and he was so knowledgeable about every single plant/shrub/bush. The checkout process was smooth and easy, and the staff at the registers were so nice and the parking lot staff helped us load and took our cart. You should definitely visit this Strader’s location if you’re looking for awesome service with knowledgeable experts!

Staff is nice and it’s a nice place. I’m giving a one star because the one item I always come to buy. A LARGE bag of potting soil is always outside. Soaked, bag full of water and mud when you get home is, less than appealing to me to deal with. Maybe move the potting soil inside like all the other locations? I’d be happy to shop. It’s also Winter in Ohio, so I’d have to drop it like a bag of ice and I’m good on all that.

Ryan did the sprinkler opening service and found an issue with one head not receding back into the ground and also a cracked backflow valve. He replaced both promptly after advising me of the issues and getting the go ahead to do so.

Jordan was excellent. He did a great job during spring opening to be sure I had coverage for all my problem areas. I appreciate the time he took to service my property.

Jim was not very polite, he seemed annoyed to be here. Still have not received my estimate for the work I requested. I have used this company for years and the techs are always super nice until this service.

We have used Custom Turf for many years for all of our irrigation needs and Jim has been our primary contact. From fixing holes punctured in the lines from winter tree fertilization to running new electric lines, there is nothing he can’t handle! I highly recommend the Custom Turf team.

Friendly and experienced technician. Dryer pipe clean out was fast and professionally done. This is the 2nd time Jordan has cleaned out the dryer pipe. I would give him 5 out of 5 stars. I hope to get Jordan when the pipe is cleaned again.
