Ryan arrived on time, worked hard even in the hot sun, and repaired the sprinkler system valve. He explained the issue and was very respectful of the property. Hopefully the system won't need another repair; however, if something else breaks we will call Ryan at Custom Turf.

Tech Ryan did a wonderful job doing the spring opening of my irrigation system. He arrived on time, opened all 6 zones, checked to make sure all heads were working and aimed properly, replaced one head and one nozzle, and gave me a refresher about how to use the Rachio controller. He accomplished this in about an hour. I was well pleased with is work.

Jim has expertly serviced my sprinkler system for many, many years. He remembers everything he has done replacing heads, etc, every year when he comes back. Last week, however, Jim was unable to come so they sent Ryan instead. Ryan was both professional and personable. He was also very patient answering my many questions and carefully making sure each head was performing as I wanted. In addition to the backflow test, he added risers to several heads and a nozzle to another. It was a cool rainy day and Ryan had gotten really wet. It was his last appt of the day, but he took his time to make sure I was completely satisfied
with the service call. Kudos to Ryan!

Jim quickly analyzed the problem i had with the water line feeding my sprinkler system. I will be making arrangements with the office for permanent repairs. The opening of my system fine and Jim made a couple recommendations to improve the coverage in one area. Very nice guy to work with.
