Employees are friendly and knowledgeable. Their greenhouse is always well-kept and stocked. I love the atmosphere there! Don't forget to admire the fish pond in the greenhouse!

I enjoy any garden center, but Strader's was really an amazing experience. So many unique plants, fountains, and everything in between. Will go again next visit.

We love this place. Been going here for years. Not only they have any product you need it's a BEAUTIFUL atmosphere, beautiful things to look at, and nice music to the fountains. They have birdseed, houses, suet etc! You will not be disappointed!

Went full crazy during covid and had ridiculous over the top rules. Will never spend another dollar at this liberal idiot establishment.
Oakland nursery has 1000x better selection anyway.

Love Strader's. Their plants are always so well cared for, and they have a great variety of perennials. Their mini koi pond is cool. We also get our Christmas tree here, their prices are surprisingly good!

Selection of mums in all colors are available. 5.99 each or 10 for a discount. Beautiful, rounded, plentiful blooms and flowers. Many fall plants are available.
    Customer service is great...

Wow! Visiting family and got to go here. Large nursery with lots of areas for different plants. My husband and I both agreed we would happily work there if we weren't retired and lived 2 states away.

The front staff were very helpful. They couldn’t answer some questions so referred us to the garden manager Al. Al was VERY rude. We were going to buy 10 shrubs that were $39.99 each but he would not take the time to discuss the boxwood varieties so we left and will purchase elsewhere.

I have been shopping here for 28 years; it’s close to home, and I love walking through the store! They answer any questions that I have. For Mother’s Day my daughter goes with me and lets me pick out all of the plants that I want (within reason, of course); after a long winter I’m almost giddy walking under the hanging baskets!! …ask her, she’ll tell you!

Found several things I'd love to buy, but unfortunately almost all of them were overpriced. Great quality merchandise in addition to plants, but my assumption is smaller company therefore higher prices. If the prices were more reasonable, then I'd give them 5 stars easy!

Great place to buy flowers or other garden essentials. They have a lot of goodies.

Lots of different products to chose from. I got 10 bags of mulch for the yard and two employees were very nice and helpful, making sure that they were loaded securely in the car. The only issue I have is the size of the lot and the lack of parking spaces. The way the lot is situated, it is difficult to navigate with cars pulling in/out and people trying to pull up to the landing area.

Employees are not very helpful or knowledgeable. Some are downright rude. Hard to get to some items stored outside behind cars in parking lot, unreachable spots, etc. I recommend the Straders on West Broad Street. Employees are nice and helpful, and store is laid out much better.

I've mostly had very good experiences here. There was only one time a staff member was fairly rude when I asked a question but it was the only time. The manager is very knowledgeable. We've purchased plenty of things from here, a tree included, and we've yet to be disappointed! They offer so much to make gardening and lawn care a fun and rewarding experience.

Lots of nice Christmas decor and staff is great. Went to see Christmas cut tree selection, but was disappointed. Not a lot at the 10' mark and the ones they did have we're not pretty, but the price tag was still $399.00. Pretty steep in my opinion.

Don't like the big box places. Great staff at Grove City & great selection of flowers, garden plants & seeds.

Ive been a customer for decades now. The availability never disappoints, and the talented arranging of items is a pleasant shopping experience. i can go there just as a destination for a pick me up in the annual or tropical section. This time I WAS disappointed in the lack of annuals in the smaller multi packs and had to buy my favorites at 4.99 each, for 1. Also, when purchasing my yearly lawn treatment was explained I'd receive a certain amount back in rebate, but the rebate online ended up being less that Straders advertised it to be.

Cannot say enough good stuff about this place. Great place to just go look around if you need some feel good vibes. Plants are a little pricey but well worth it, they grow and produce so much better than the ones at the big box stores. Staff is always super friendly and helpful, too

This is probably one of the most amazing garden centers I've ever visited! I could spend all day here just enjoying everything the store has to offer. It has everything from lawn care, to bird feeding supplies, and of course they have amazing plants and flowers. Prices were just a tad higher than I'm used to but I'm not from the Columbus area.

Straders has a much wider variety of healthy plants than their box store competitors such as Home Depot & Lowes and their plant prices are subsequently a bit higher because of this.
With that said, I have found their plant prices are competitive when compared to online nurseries.

The staff is always very knowledgable, friendly and helpful.

Their garden products (fountains, planters, fertilizer, etc.) are nice but very steeply priced.

Their online presence is sorely outdated. No plant or product live inventory or pricing, no order capability beyond gift cards.

Lots of great statues and plant varieties. They also have some incredible fountain displays of all sizes.

The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about the different flower and plant varieties.
