Buckeye heating and cooling never disappoints. They were able to come out the next day and solved the issue same day. When the weather is cold, and every company is stressed with resources, you need a company who can show up in a timely manner. Every company claims they can, but from personal experience, Buckeye is the one actually delivers. We have been a member with them for years, and will continue to do so.

I am a new customer to Buckeye & had a special $19 coupon for new customers to have a tune up performed on my heating unit. Prior to tbe appt I was called by Kyle, the technician, who informed me he was on his way to my home. He arrived promptly, came into the house with his shoe protectors on & raised the temperature on the house on the thermostat. He then promptly went up into the attic in the garage to start his work.
He was courteous. friendly & kept me appraised as to what he was doing. He completed the work in an hour, took my coupon, charged me out & subsequently explained the plans that Buckeye has for being a member of their customer group first their timely maintenance & discounts for my heating unit. I was very pleased with Kyle, & Buckeye should be proud to have him representing their company.

We have been with Buckeye Heating and Cooling for 11 years now and they have taken great care of us. Our HVAC system has run smoothly and maintenance has been minimal. Their customer service is the best, and the technicians are friendly, professional and very knowledgeable and helpful.

My ancient furnace finally quit on the first cold day. I called Buckeye and they had a salesman come out that day and explain all options. Installers cane out the next day. Salesman and installers showed up when they said they would, efficiently performed their jobs. I'm very happy with their fast response to my initial call, satisfied with the price and payment plan offered. Highly recommend.

Had pipe freezing issue but was thawed so was interested in mitigation solutions. Service prompt and individual was knowledgeable and friendly. Really he just explained that pipes would not burst as they are pvc. And then explained that there more likely air entering an attic somewhere and this is the cause. He recommended that turning faucet on during deep freezes would prevent future freezing and calling a insulation company.

After 5 years of having a brand new heat pump and furnace installed by Buckeye, the heat pump stopped working. A technician came out and diagnosed that the issue was going to cost over $2500. Approximately a fourth of what I paid for the new unit 5 years ago.

The technician did a nice job fixing the issue. However, it took an additional day to complete due to not knowing the issue. The first day the cost came out to be $500 but was told that wasn’t the issue. Then was told it would be an extra $2000 to fix the remaining. The cost was shocking. The $2500, what I was told, was the cost of labor. Supposedly the warranty I had on the only 5 year old heat pump just included the parts and not labor. At no point during my initial installation 5 years ago was I presented an extended warranty that included labor for future fixes.

Great experience! The technician explained everything, unfortunately the furnace started acting up about an hour after the repair but they were able to promptly send another tech out who was just as helpful and courteous. Communication regarding the service was great.

I had two separate services completed on different days. Christina came and did a tune up on my furnace and then Joey and Matt came and did duct cleaning.
Both times the technicians called prior and were on time.
Christina had to do some troubleshooting and a return call and her knowledge of the system was reassuring.
The duct cleaning techs explained everything that would happen during the process and they were very helpful in answering questions. They cleaned up and left no mess behind.
Definitely a great company to choose when there are many different ones out there.

Also they noticed an issue with my hot water tank which had nothing to do with why they were there. Their information saved us from a potential massive issue. Thank you.

We had our furnace stop working during the cold snap. Online scheduling made it easy to have service provider come the next day. We had managed to get it going, so an emergency call was not required. Service tech explained the issue, was very helpful, and made sure we were back up and running. He arrived on time and did excellent work!

Dylan did a great job fixing our furnace. Our furnace quit working and I called Buckeye. He got there about 1 1/2 hours later. He was very knowledgeable and courteous. I have been dealing with Buckeye Heating and Cooling for over nine years. I would recommend them anytime.

I contacted Buckeye because my AC unit froze up on me and they sent someone out less than 24 hours later. They were communicative leading up to my scheduled appointment and even sent me information about my technician before he arrived so I would know who to expect. While my experience with Buckeye was great, the real reason I'm taking the time to write this review is because of my experience with their technician Dylan. Dylan was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and kind. As someone new to home ownership, he took the time to educate me about how to better care for my AC unit and about my options for how to proceed with the repair. It was evident that he genuinely cares about his work and about the outcome for his customers. He didn't rush through the job even though it was the end of his work day and it was clear he wanted to make sure he was giving me the best possible options/results. I can't thank Dylan (and Buckeye) enough!

Cody was the Buckeye Heating and cooling technician who came to my house today and he was fantastic. He explained everything to me and taught me some things that are super helpful as far as what to watch for and do. Buckeye's prices and service are hard to beat! I trust them and that's invaluable.

My salesman Tom did an awesome job going over the pros and cons of the different products, answering all my questions and explaining the entire process. The installation crew came on a Saturday morning and got everything installed. My furnace went out overnight and I called Buckeye at 5:30 in the morning. They were out by noon found the issue drove to get a new part and my furnace was up and running by 3 o’clock. Terry was fantastic, a real professional. He explained how the annual maintenance contract could be paid in full as part of the work done on the furnace. Highly recommend Buckeye.

Parker from Buckeye Heating, Cooling & Plumbing is outstanding! I had a challenging situation with water leaking between floors, and I expected a very difficult, messy job. Parker arrived and immediately impressed me with how curious, careful, and clean he was. He quickly diagnosed the issue and made sure the repair was thoroughly fixed before he left. I’ve had great experiences with Buckeye H/C/P overall. They consistently know exactly what they’re doing, their work is excellent, and they truly stand behind it. Highly recommended!

It was late evening when noticing home was getting cold. Glad that Buckeye has late service and reasonable time coming out. We liked Buckeye Heating sent pic ahead of Tech on way. The rep Cory Arnold was very helpful & nice and found issue with a solution. The maintenance plan was recommended & we agreed for any inspections or work that may be needed in future. We were very pleased with everything (no judging of our cluttered basement lol).

Josh came out to fix a cracked drain pipe from our kitchen sink. He was really great! Professional, knowledgeable and kind. Definitely recommend! Also, scheduling was quick and easy. We scheduled the evening before online & our appointment was right on time the next morning. Great experience.

Buckeye installed our HVAC in 2020 and we have been on a maintenance plan ever since. Our tech Ryan was friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. He provided photos and a detailed report on his findings of the condition and efficiency of my heating system, explaining each finding. I was impressed with his presentation and plan on specifically requesting Ryan again for my next AC service.
