Exceptional service from start to finish! I scheduled an AC inspection, and the technician kept me informed every step of the way. He called to let me know he was 30 minutes out, completed the inspection efficiently, and followed up with a courtesy call to share the results. The price was very reasonable and matched the initial quote exactly. I was very impressed and would highly recommend this company to friends and family.

Joe arrived on time and explained the needed repairs so i could understand them. He was also honest about what i didn't need and didn't try to talk me into unnecessary repairs or purchases. I will recommend Joe to my friends when they need heating/ac help.

Our service technician, Tom K., is very personable and knowledgeable. Additionally, Tom is honest about what needs to be done with your cooling and heating equipment. He doesn’t try to sell you something that is not needed. Tom has been our technician for several years and we have never had a concern about the quality of his work.

I feel like this is unusual for a company like this. The technician (Tom) who inspected our unit last year when it broke is the same technician that came out to do the Annual check. He was extremely kind, conversational, and even remembered us! I don’t know that you can find better Customer Service than that. I also completely forgot that we receive free annual maintenance visits for a little while after purchasing our unit, and this company called me to remind me kindly. They are great!

Always there when we need them. We have used American Air for over 30 years for our facility. We've also had the same technician around the same amount of time. Like family;)
