We are selling our home and when it was inspected the inspector said we didnt have a cold air return on first floor. Michael found the cold air return that the inspector missed!

My old furnace was on its last leg and finally failed when it was about 20° out. I called 5 star and they had Eric out to my house same day, who explained the situation and came back with a few options, Eric was very friendly and informative during this process. I had a brand new furnace installed 24 hours later and heat working again. The installers Jarrick and Connor did a great job and were super friendly and professional. The entire team they sent out went above and beyond, were well organized during the job and are obviously excellent assets to have at 5 star. And my heat works great, would recommend to anyone!

After being extremely disappointed by the ethics of Logan AC, Grove City Heating and Cooling were a complete blessing. Not only did they come out the same day, within a few hours, they didn't take advantage of my situation- desperate for ac repair before the 4th of July weekend. DJ was friendly and polite. He answered my many questions, some of them repeats, with patience. Unlike my previous experience with Logan AC, I didn't feel like they were taking advantage. From the first phone call, with Charlie, to DJ's kind and efficient service, to Sophia's follow up assistance - it was a great customer service experience. I highly recommend them.

Cameron was very nice and efficient. Adam Elkins was another person that helped me get my mom's A/C replaced after it was stolen. He was extremely patient and extremely helpful and understanding! Would HIGHLY recommend. They are not pushy salesman, give you options and let you decide.

Eddie was able to diagnose and resolved my heating issues. His kind and respectful manner was much appreciated. We discussed a warranty plan that was being offered by Grove City heating and air and after reviewing and seeing what was covered I decided to take advantage to protect my systems, which will be looked at twice a year to see if anything needed to be corrected. Eddie Johnson was professional and courteous and took the time to answer all my questions. I was concerned about an odor in the area around my furnace and he thoroughly checked for even the smallest of gas leaks and found none which gave me great sense of relief. He found that my AC capacitor was on its last leg and replaced with new. Eddie was so thoughtful when I expressed worry about the cost of new capacitor on top of the inspection fee, he actually waived the inspection fee for me. I will definitely use this team again.

Honest, professional and easy to work with. I am extremely happy with the service and value I got dealing with Grove City Heating and Air. I got multiple quotes for an air conditioner and was honest with them. The salesman made me decide to go with them, and even slid us into an earlier slot with text message communication later that night. Installers came out the next day and now have a cool house. Michael is a kind young man and knowledgeable about his profession. He explained in detail what was needed, what the function of each part and its cost.
