Scammers, if you have a home warranty! They came, took the deposit, act as if they will do the repair work and you WILL NOT hear from them again!!! If I could give them an 0 rating, that would be my ranking! Wasted a full day and a day off of work with these people! Very unprofessional!

We all get busy in life but please take a moment to appreciate people and businesses! These are two companies I will never forget and will always recommen. First we lost heat for 30 days in Feb. The best family owned company stepped up and helped us tremendously. From personal calls to all owners being at the house and the wife behind it all scheduling and fighting for us. I thank you Perry's Heating & Cooling!

I had an issue with my AC motor so I reached Katy at Perry’s Heating and Cooling. She promptly sent Ryan out to see what was going on. In a day or two they had the motor for my super old AC and had it installed. Both Katy and Ryan were incredibly pleasant to work with and my AC is working great and ready to make it through these dog days of summer. As a Realtor I can say I would most certainly recommend Perry’s Heating and Cooling to my clients.

Perry & Louis came out to help us when our heater was rumbling really loudly. They diagnosed the issue and fixed it in under 5 minutes. Both technicians we're friendly and professional. We'll definitely give them a call if we have any issues again with heating and cooling.

Fraudsters . Didn’t even check properly , insisted that the compressor has gone and better to replace the hvac system . New one would cost 4000 and to repair would cost 3000. Kept saying Goodman is a cheap air conditioner .

Got a second opinion and just had to replace the capacitor and it worked like a charm .

Need the refund of 80$ service fee you charged and tried to scam me .

We have Choice Warranty and Perry's was sent for service call 8.17.22. He said he moved the outdoor thermostat and said to leave fan on all the time. The thermostat still registered 106 on 85 degree day, so I called, texted and no one got nack to me. Our electric bill was still over $300 this month. So I called Choice Warranty and paid $65 again, but the new company, Comfort Masyers Heating and Cooling (kyle)actually replaced the condenser coil which was plugged and the suction line that had a leak and put in 1.5 pounds of coolant. I would not recommend Perrys and will ask for my $65 back.

Scheduled service for our furnace to have overall performance checked. Michael ( technician) was courteous and professional - fully explaining tests performed and that furnace was operating correctly. The only hiccup in service was communication with dispatcher regarding scheduling. Have used Grove City Heating and Air previously and will do so again as needed.

I definitely give this company 5 stars. The arrival was on time. The tech. Noah was very professional, as well as courteous and great at letting me know exactly what repairs he was performing, and the exact cost of these. The pricing was very fair as well. I also joined the monthly membership saving me big bucks, and reccomend it to everyone also. I will definitely use them in the future, for all my hvac needs.

The initial call for the appointment was great. Technician was available same day. Brandon was awesome and very professional and personable. We walked through the issues, found the problem, and he had the part on hand to fix it. Unit was tested and operational before he left. Would highly recommended

Noah was professional and quickly fixed our AC. So thankful. He also came within hours of me calling.

Of course my AC went out the first day of a heatwave! Luckily I was able to book an appointment online for the very next afternoon. They had a cancellation so I was called to see if they could come even earlier. Noah was polite and professional, and best of all had my air back on within the hour. Highly recommend this company based on my experience!

Brandon was great. He went over all my options and prices.

The person that came to my home informed me that my old A/C condensor needed about 2 lbs of R22 refrigerant at a cost of $4 - 500 a pound. I am able to purchase it for $519 for thirty pounds. He then quoted me a price to replace the condenser and A coil of $6500 dollars installed. I can buy the same exact unit for $2550. With a 25% markup it’s $3200. This means they will receive $3300 for the installation. Not acceptable! Cancelling my order.

Thorough inspections allow me to have peace of mind that my valuable HVAC is always in its best working order. They recommend services I may not have considered, identify and correct all issues and communicate in a manner that I can understand what they are doing and why it’s necessary. Great team to count on to keep my home cool in summer and warm in winter. They tend to get very busy so schedule early. I will continue to use their services to maintain my equipment.
