American air was wonderful - & cleaned up after installation- worked hard & even in this 85+ heat ! Amazing
Then I needed to call them back in this way-below-freezing snow storm weather - I was impressed I received a text with the name of the maintenance man AND a picture, then he also called to say he was on his way. & I received next day service! Very good all the way thru - I definitely recommend this company.

American Air was great. We smelled gas by our furnace and within 2 hours they had someone out to our house and the leak was fixed. Malik was awesome. He triple checked everything to make sure the leak was fixed and our house was safe.

American Air staff was super friendly and efficient with scheduling. When Larry and the other tech came to the home they worked efficiently and professionally. Mike the plumber was also very informative and helpful. Overall the experience was positive and I’d definitely hire them for future HVAC, plumbing and electrical needs.

I was connected to American Air through some friends and I have always had a great experience with them. The service and expertise has been second to none. I cannot recommend them enough!

Larry and Cameron came to our home today and installed a new furnace and a hot water tank. They were very professional courteous and a joy to be around. They explained everything before and after so there was no surprises. They even showed us how to operate the new thermostat they installed as well. Andre was very thorough in helping us get our furnace repair repaired. Andre explained everything, and made us feel extremely satisfied with the results. Its hard to trust people today, but Andre made it easy for us, so much we asked American Air to have Andre be our tech always!!

Working with American Air is easy. They make scheduling easy by allowing a call from the technician before they arrive. The technicians are polite and informative. I have a service contract, and they let me know when it's time for all of my maintenance visits.

American air was the company our builder used so we chose them since it was their install and familiarity was there. They have exceeded our expectations with every tech that has come out for our maintenance plans. Friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. American Air does an amazing job. They replaced our furnace several years ago in the middle of a snow storm. I have the furnace maintenanced every year and they are always professional and easy to work with. We will be replacing the air conditioner next and I will 100% contact them to do the replacement. 1000% recommend.

Appreciate the service American Air provides. Have been using their services on our furnace & AC since we purchased our house 15 yrs ago. Our service request today pertained to the whole house humidifier we purchased thru American Air several yrs ago. We were noticing a leak recently from its base in recent weeks. American Air sent out Malik who quickly diagnosed the issue and gave me some tips for the future. Really appreciate Malik's help - very friendly and knowledgeable.

Very informative helpful to help maintain the furnace and air conditioner and point out something maintaining the sub pump water line. I give him 120% and would call for him again when needed.

This is THE WORST type of
"Business" possible...they came out to replace my neighbor's AC,. Mistakingly dismantled mine, AND JUST LEFT IT!!! After being contacted by myself AND my neighbor, Ken promised to replace it, then promised to fix it, back to the way it was originally, and in the end, almost 2 MONTHS LATER, NOTHING! WORST "BUSINESS" EVER!! BEWARE!!!

Sounded like some extenuating circumstances affected time of arrival today but once the truck showed up Tim did a great job identifying the root of my concerns, another safety related problem that needed addressed and shared helpful information about my HVAC system from the perspective of a homeowner. You get good responses to info that you need from this company. Very respectful, but if you are like me when you have an old furnace and you get a newAC here’s my recommendation get an HVAC that works with electric as well or you will be sitting in a hot house with no one trying to help you cause AC not staying running, and I have to put out more money. Lesson learned..
