Techno air is the only company I trust to take care of the heating and cooling needs of my 150+ years old all electric farmhouse. We've used them for 30 years!

Winter came and my furnace wasn't working proper. I was a new customer but TechnoAir came the same day and fixed the problem easily. I will continue to be a customer.

Completely useless! TechnoAir was hired to replace an outside AC condenser unit that had deteriorating cooling fins on it, with a NOS or used R22 unit vs a new 410 AC system that needed, which didn't pass a home inspection. Instead they replaced the inside Air Handler which passed inspection before they replaced it, which didn't need an work done to it.

The Ronald Landrus was on time. He has serviced our furnace and AC on several occasions and we totally trust him to be in our house. He followed COVID protocols and was highly respectful of our health and his. He's welcome anytime. He is highly skilled and we trust his judgement when he recommends changes.

My AC went out during the hottest week of the year and Rob dispatched a guy within 24 hours. The unit was fixed and cooling within an hour of his arrival. Rob and his team are good people.

I canceled my service call since it was going to take 4 days to get to my house. I feel like I never received proper service since I purchased the AC 5 years ago. Every year I had an issue and it seemed to be a band-aid fix. It finally broke down this time and was going to be just as expensive to fix so I had to purchase a new unit.

My AC quit working on the 4th of July with temps in the 90's. I called TechnoAir and the tech was there in an hour. He found a strange error code and did research to trouble shoot the problem. It was a simple fix, but some companies might have tried to over charge me for the repair. Thanks TechnoAir for being professional and trustworthy.

Great experience!! I had a failing AC unit and purchased a whole new system including AC, furnace, lines, and thermostat. The installation was very proffessional, taking only a day for removal and reinstallation. The Daiken equipment is great, very attractive and quiet for the outside unit. Variable speed drives for all motors, inside and outside. The wireless thermostat has many capbilities including cellphone app, and Alexa control with our Echo Dots. My electric bill was apprimately $100 less for August compared to July with the new unit.

The owner, Rob and his team were very proffesional, on time, and everything went well. All CDC protocals were met. I would highly reccommend this local Grove City business.

Rob-once again-took care of our air conditioner needs. He was very professional and talked to me and showed me the problem so I could understand what needs to be done (didn't use big terms)- I chose to do the sealant which has been working and keeping our condo cool. Came home and found my furnace had not been working overnight. Called Techno Air at around 8:30 and Rob showed up around 11:00. Found the issue and came back to replace the parts around 3pm. Had everything fixed and up and running at 5pm. Rob was very transparent and honest with me, and he’ll be receiving all of my HVAC business in the future.

I am HUGE on customer service and I am very pleased with Technoair. This is the second time I have used their services, last time was in ~2015. We had our furnace serviced by them but unfortunately, within a few hours, the pilot light went out. Technoair came out, took care of it and we were charged fairly for the service. They have retained a customer!

I had a furnace put in my rental home 2 years ago and last year I had a furnace put in the home that we own here in quail creek. We had a great experience with techno air. The installation was fast they were very neat and tidy and what I like is if I had any questions in the meantime whenever I call techno air I get answers. We bought two of the
Daiken Furnace and air conditioner systems very satisfied.

I had a really good experience with these guys. I had never dealt with them before and called them on a Monday morning at 8am due to my furnace giving out. By 930am I had a technician at my house who was very nice and figured out the problem in under 30 minutes. I was originally told that they could have the part needed for the fix that day and come back out around 330pm to fix it. Shortly after the first tech left I got a call from their office telling me that they could send a different tech out with the part if I wanted it fixed earlier. Second tech was also really nice and had the part installed in 10 minutes. He offered to check the CO emissions with no extra charge since the original fix was so quick. The total cost was much less than I had thought it would (though to be honest this was the first time I have ever had a furnace serviced). You guys got a customer for life that day :)

The Techno Air staff is great to work with. My wife and I recently purchased a new unit, and the company made it a great experience. Every individual who represents their company has provided top class customer service. I would highly recommend the company for someone with heating or cooling needs.
