Had tech Rob out, got to work right away, found the problem, explained everything even advised what to do for future. Did not upsell, returned same day, repaired our unit and now has happy cool campers! We will definitely use them again and refer all of our friends. Thanks Techno Air for the wonderful service.

My technician arrived as expected and performed the work I requested. He installed a thermostat and also checked out my unit. He was very helpful and gave me some good information. I will call TechnoAir again when I need assistance. I felt as though I was treated as a valued customer even though this was my first experience with them. 😊

Our ac went out on what felt like the hottest day of the year. We had called another company to come and check it out, but weren't happy with their options or service so we called Techno Air. I cannot say enough about this company! It was truly a great experience in a bad situation. Terri was so patient and informative. They had someone out same day. The service tech that came out was so professional and kind and thorough. It ended up being a small leak that could be repaired, compared to a complete system overhaul that we were previously quoted. Eventually we’ll have to replace the unit and we’ll definitely be calling Techno Air when that time comes.

They came out in June to set up a new furnace and ac unit and have had to make numerous trips to complete the installation, fails to ever show up on time and has since failed the final inspection needed by the city. Now just a few days from November I have no heat.

Will leave you in 90 degree heat if you’re even late 15 minutes don’t book here they will also hang up on you if you get frustrated because they don’t actually want to do work

Chip came out to move my A/C to the side of my house for a deck install. I called and he was able to come out very quickly, moved the A/C unit in half a day, I work from home and it didn’t disturb me in the least.

They forgot to clean something up on the job while they were there and Chip came right out the next morning and fixed it. All in all I would highly recommend.

Company tried to scam my elder mother by charging her for a used part on her furnace. Had to have another company come out to verify that the part was used. After confronting Lee’s about this I began to get different stories as to what happened. Again beware , this company is running a scam and I will be contacting the Ohio attorney general over this matter.

My husband and I are retired, I called Lee’s yesterday because our AC wasn’t working, we couldn’t get anyone to come look at it. I have lung issues and can’t breathe in the heat. They came out and fixed our AC yesterday afternoon and didn’t charge us a lot - said it was a simple fix.

We are renters and our rental company went through this company. They didn’t let our leasing company know they were on the way so no one was home to let them in. When they called to say they were here they said they had been waiting when they never even let us know they had arrived. We dropped everything and raced home we were only 15 minutes from home and they said they couldn’t even wait that long WHEN THEY NEVER EVEN TOLD US THEY SHOWED UP IN THE FIRST PLACE. And then when we got there FOURTEEN MINUTES LATER THEY HAD ALREADY LEFT. We have time stamps as well to PROVE they gave us exactly 15 minutes notice. I called and they hung up on me because I was frustrated I wasn’t even yelling. Then when I called back they hung up on ME THREE TIMES EVEN WHEN I DIDN’T YELL OR CUSS THEN and ONLY THEN I CUSSED HER OUT ONLY AFTER SHE HUNG UP ON ME THREE TIMES 3x LEAVING ME AND MY DOGS IN 90 DEGREE HEAT.
I will be linking photos of the calls to show time stamped how this company only waited 15 minutes and LAUGHED when they left us in 90 degree heat. Attached will be the ammount of time between calls where they didn’t even give us 15 minutes with NO NOTICE.
