I know it was Sunday and I needed the kitchen drain to work. It was over price for what little work was done. Serviceman knows his stuff but talked quite a bit.

I needed my hot water replaced it was 12 yrs old and starting to leak. Called Roto Rooter whom I've used before. The customer service call was very nice and professional and told me about a coupon that was available. They got someone out right away. Matt came to our home and was very pleasant, knowledgeable and got the job done timely. The price offered was lower than other companies. Will continue to use them in the future.

Roto-Rooter replaced the toilet in our basement quickly and efficiently at a great price today. They quoted us on Monday and had the new parts the very next day! Sage installed it in a timely manner even though it was a tricky install. We are so pleased and we will definitely call them again with any other plumbing issues that we encounter. Called on a Monday morning requesting to snake one drain at house, asked if they could complete that day, they confirmed they could. Throughout the afternoon I received 4 texts I was the next stop on the scheduled and then received a call at 10:15p saying they can come out. If you are not able to make it I understand don’t give the impression your next and then your not. Also not a good idea to call that late for some people. Can’t comment on the service as I chose to go with a different company.

The entire Roto Rooter team was efficient, courteous, and got things repaired quickly. In particular, Mr. Browning was a huge help, as he walked me through the explanation of the problem, visually showed me the tree roots that had infiltrated our pipes, and offered options for repair. He did an excellent job illustrating the consequences (good and bad) of each option and guiding me toward the most prudent choice while still allowing me to make my own decision. I am very grateful for his guidance and his coordination of the overall project. No one likes to be hit with massive home repairs, but I have peace of mind knowing that we pursued the right path with the right people. That in and of itself is priceless. Thank you.

Chris stopped by to run a camera through my sewer drain as a follow up to a clog. He allowed me to watch along and explained everything to me in detail. He gave me every option for repairs and did not pressure me when deciding which combination of repairs I wanted to go with. He was extremely professional and cleaned up any mess that came out of the pipe. He was an absolute pleasure to work with.

Checked plumbing with the camera and showed us the issues and went over options for what needed to be done. Chris was personable and took the time to make sure we understood what needed to be done.

Joe was able to come in and immediately identify what needed to be replaced on our toilet and gave me an up front cost on the repair. He was quick, friendly, and didn't mind our curious kitten was interested in what he was doing. Another great job by Roto-Rooter!

Kitchen drain backed up on a Saturday morning, Roto Rooter said they would be there the same day and were. The dispatcher kept us informed of the tech’s estimated arrival when they experienced a delay in the job before ours. Technician arrived, diagnosed the issue quickly and solved the problem. He cleaned up very well when done. Totally professional operation.

my main sewer has a history of tree roots blocking the pipe. I had Roto Rooter clean the main sewer and they also used a camera to show me where the pipe was broken and the roots were getting in.
They installed a sleeve in the pipe to patch where the roots came in. The best thing was they did it within the pipes and did not dig in my yard.
