Reviews of local pros in Hamilton, Ohio

Jeremy answered my call right away. He quickly responded to my home, diagnosed the issues with a loose toilet. The job became bigger than expected and he stayed past normal operating hours to make sure it was repaired right. Jeremy and his crew were polite, professional, knowledgeable and did an awesome job with my elderly mother, two dogs and attack cat. Very honest and trustworthy! I will continue to use and highly recommend True Plumbing & Drain Cleaning!

Great experience. Jeremy’s team came out, got right to work, and gave a fair price. I appreciate it and hope to do business again in the future.

Excellent work clearing heavily rooted main sewer line. Meticulously checked roots with their camera and ensured proper clearing. Remained fully transparent and communicated each step along the way, and did not charge extra when complications arose. Second time hiring this company, and certainly will not be the last, True Plumbing remains true to their name.

A friend of mine referred True Plumbing to me for a sewage blockage that we had. He was responsive and fixed our problem! The "other guys" said they needed to tear my yard up, but Jeremy showed integrity and professionalism while fixing the problem.

I had a major backup and I had called other companies and they could not come for days. I called true plumbing they came out the same day gave me a lower price than every other company around that I had called. DJ came out. Talk to me through the process gave me options on what could be done. He is a very polite, knowledgeable, professional Employee. He ended up chatting the main line Got the clog and then ran a camera down the main sewer line to inspect for any damage or any more possible clogs down the line They’re very reliable, fast, professional, and hard-working company will always call true plumbing form now on Thank you, DJ and Jeremy with true plumbing

Hands down an incredibly awesome business! They helped during an emergency situation, even on a holiday!! Jeremy was very professional and informative. He truly saved our holiday in our new home.

Jeremy did an excellent job was on time and professional. I contacted several plumbers and nobody else could come out. Will definitely use them again if needed. Price was fair for the work done.

Jeremy is hands down the most trustworthy and skilled plumber we’ve worked with. He services all of our rental properties, and his work is always done right the first time. He is dependable, knowledgeable, and takes the time to explain what needs to be done without ever upselling or cutting corners.
I’ve confidently referred friends and family to him and will continue to do so.

I made a post about needing a plumber for a water line between the meter and house. Jeremy responded, came out the same day. Gave us a great price and said he could start on it on Monday. He came straight out and had it fixed that same day. I would highly recommend him and may call on him again someday. He seems very knowledgeable and was a pleasure to do business with.

Awesome room addition!!

I had the pleasure of getting to know these people as a vendor, not as a customer. There are few nicer people in the world than these guys. Business-wise, they really have their act together. Seeing the amount of organization and dedication to doing the job right was quite an inspiration.
