Used Tony to finish a big job another plumber had started he done a great job would and have recommended

This company was subcontracted by the city of Hamilton and did leave my property looking horrible said it would all settle and now I have a mound in my front yard and it's been two month's came out today and told me he didn't bid the job to do correctly. Highriser installed crooked. Said will straighten but will not flatten the area so I'm supposed to except a horrible job and I do have this on recording

Was able to come out within the week to fix a no emergency problem. Affordable, honest, good communication. Thank you for all you do tony!

Came out the same day for a clogged drain. It was a difficult problem, but they didn't give up.
They were great to work with, cleaned up after themselves and got it taken care of. Would recommend them and will use again.

Was referred to them by one of his friends. Set up an appointment and was a no show and didn’t bother calling us as we waited for him. The next morning his office called and said “ he had car problems”. They rescheduled the appointment and again was a no show and dint bother to call as we waited on him. The office didn’t bother to call us either. I guess this was a good thing as if this is their ethics, I don’t want them working on our house.

Buckeye Plumbing is always there when I need them. I get great plumbing care, and great conversation!

We had this company come out for low water flow, a faucet drip, and a toilet drip. Tony put in 2 new cartridges but the flow was no better. I asked if new faucets would help but he didn't know or offer to try that. He blamed it on hard water in West Chester. Both drips resumed the next day. Our bill was $330 but nothing was fixed. I asked how it came to that much and he said he would email us an invoice. All the invoice showed was $330. We had another plumber come out. He ordered us 2 free faucets under warranty and 2 toilet parts free under warranty. Everything is great. I suggested to Tony that a partial refund would be fair. He did not respond.

Tony and his wife came out after hours to give me an estimate and came back to complete the job on a Saturday! I highly recommend them for any and all your needs. It’s impossible to find a plumber these days much less then one that is very thorough, honest and fair. THANK YOU BUCKEYE PLUMBING!

I would recommend Buckeye to anyone in Hamilton! I hired them to rough-in plumbing for a basement bathroom, and we couldn't be happier with the results. Trustworthy from start to finish, but also professional, punctual, and clearly knew their craft. After a quick scope of the sewer we had a plan. Tony found some roots in my clay pipes leading out to the street and was able to remove them to prevent a backup before the bathroom is installed. Pricing was reasonable and I am a happy customer!

I had 2 other plumbers try to convince me that my black flies were from a drain leak in my upstairs shower. Tony was the only one who took the time to crawl into my crawl space, observe a leak of the abutting townhome's waste pipe and see the source of the black flies. Even my homeowner's association tried to convince me otherwise. He got to the root of the issue and did it right! Which happens less and less these days.

He has also done multiple other installs for us. Just a good guy that does honest work.

Bryan replaced our main water shutoff valve and our pressure regulator today. The old valve was leaking, and the regulator was clogged with calcification so our water flow would slow way down whenever we had multiple faucets running at once. The work was done quickly, and everything works great now.

Bryan couldn't have been more professional - he explained everything including the "why" behind it, and he took his time to answer all my questions. While he was checking things he even cleaned out a clogged faucet aerator, and he gave some suggestions about the best way to change some things around when we replace our water heater in the future. He cleaned things up so well inside and out that it looks like he was never even here. It was a pleasure working with him, and I'd definitely reach out to him again for our future plumbing needs.

Dupps Plumbing is outstanding in every way. I called with a leaking water heater. Dupps was onsite within 2 hours and replaced it the next day. Bryan and his partner were very professional and meticulous in their removal and installation work. They left me with a better installation than the original, and they taught me how to care for my new water heater. I highly recommend Dupps and I will use them again.

Byron White was on time and did a great job cleaning out my bathtub drain and fixing a leak in my kitchen sink faucet. He also provided helpful advice about devices to keep the drain from stopping up so often. He was very nice and the price for the work was reasonable.
