The folks at Dupps are so pleasant, courteous and professional. They stuck with us through a lengthy basement DIY remodel and were always available to come out within a couple of days of us calling. The work they did was top notch and they left our house clean when done. I highly recommend Dupps.

The team with Dupps Plumbing were great to work with. They were very knowledgeable on the plumbing repairs required for a century old house. They worked efficiently, communicated everything about the job, and were very considerate of the tenant residing at the property. All things considered, it was an excellent experience with Dupps Plumbing!

Had a toilet replacement done by Kyle and cannot say enough positive things! Toilet was old and needed a bit of extra work to get it replaced correctly. Work was done in a quick matter of time and Dupps was super easy to work with from start to finish! Couldn't recommend a better company to work with!

We had two water heaters that needed replaced. They were on time and efficient in their work and we now have hot water! Also very respectful of our home and left everything neat and clean when they left.

Mark and another employee used the Jetter to clear our main drain. They were very professional and allowed this old lady to watch as he ran the camera through the lines. He explained everything I was seeing with patience and friendliness. I very much appreciate kindness when I see and experience it. Very thankful for people who touch my life as these two men have. Dupps is a life-saver. We have worked with them under “normal” conditions for a kitchen and bathroom renovation AND under an emergency situation with basement flooding. Shelby and Brian are top notch plumbers and people! I can’t recommend them high enough.

My Google account is under this name, so you may not know who this review is really from. Let's just say it's the second time we called Dupps Plumbing for work because we loved what they did the first time. We had an appt May 23 at 8:30 am. The young man is thorough, knowledgeable, kind, and even did things outside his scope of plumbing. Matter of fact when installing the air sink disposal button, think he had to do a bit of research. Could be wrong, but nonetheless, great service and we will use Dupps again. If only more pluming companies hired talent like this young man, it would elevate this vocation's image. Please keep this young man, and reward him for his talent, style, approach, and customer service. Bravo job!!

Called on a Friday about broken toilet flange and Monday Dan & Conner promptly arrived and fixed it! They put toilet back in and caulked! Great! I appreciate the very quick response and will definitely call Dupp's for any future plumbing issues! Yay! Thanks!

Our service man had to be a detective to find the source of the leak, which was coming out onto the floor on the other side of the shower wall. It was not the shower, but a nail through a pipe from the original build 7 years prior (apparently the nail sealed itself into the pipe until it rusted out). He did a great job and completed the job efficiently. I would definitely recommend this company.

John and his helper (sorry I didn’t remember your name) went above and beyond my expectations. They showed up on Christmas Eve in great spirits and got the job done in a very professional manner!
