Whether it's Matt or Steve, the two of them are very professional and courteous.. They both do outstanding work every time they service our air conditioner or furnace. I trust them and never have second thoughts about having them in my home.

When I call the office, the receptionist is always clear and friendly on the phone. I know that I will receive prompt and friendly service.

Also, I never have to clean up after the work is done.

Great regular maintenance twice yearly service call. Service person responded in the appropriate time window and called to say he was on his way. Very respectful of my home and equipment. Answered all my questions and asked if I had any further questions before he left at the end of the service call. I highly recommend Bartels Heating & Cooling for your heating and cooling needs.

The installers of my new AC unit were professional and highly skilled. Don and Gary are true craftsmen. Cleanest installation work I’ve ever seen! They take pride in what they do and it shows. Ryan stopped by twice during the install and the owner also stopped in at the end of the day to meet me and checkout this single day installation. We recently had a new furnace/air conditioning unit istalled by Bartels. Could not ask for better customer service at all levels from knowlegeable office staff to salesman , to installers. Very professional.

I was planning on shopping around but once I met with Matt I decided to go with Bartels for my new HVAC system. I would recommend Matt to anyone looking for heating and air equipment.

My first comments were based off the amazing sales by Matt. This addition follows up to indicate that the team that put in my new HVAC system. Barthels almost takes you back in time with how professional their staff is and the quality of work that they do. They use top quality products and do not cut corners. They do the job right!! The team was extremely professional and the quality of work was top-of-the-line. You cannot go wrong with using Bartels!

Everything went well. Brandon was right on time with arriving and felt he took time doing the fall tuneup.

My elderly in-laws called because their furnace was out. Service guy came out and said Furnace and Stove on same circuit. Charged $130. Furnace didn't work the rest of the night. Called city out they confirmed furnace and stove on different circuits. Found loose bolt in meter causing an arch. Furnace works fine. Called Apollo to confirm panel ok. They came out and checked everything out and didn't even charge a Service call.

Our Service Man was on time and professional. He went to work immediately and completed the maintenance on our oil furnace in a short time. He was friendly and courteous. We always receive good service from Bartels Heating and Cooling. people. We appreciate knowing we have a trustworthy company to depend on.

A technician was sent out same exact day that I called and was less than an hour later when technician arrived at my house which was surprisingly quick! He was super kind and nice, respectful, answered any questions I had and made me feel comfortable to ask any type question I had, professional, and I would highly recommend without a doubt for the same technician to come out to my house again if I was to need to call Bartel's again for anything else! He was great! Bartel's altogether was wonderful and I appreciate them! Thank you very much!

Always my go to for all HVAC needs. I got a new furnace and AC a few years ago and they are always on top of keeping up with both and helping them run great.

1 star and only because they were nice and polite people. They knew I had a 3.5year old Goodman system from my first call to set up the initial appointment but chose not to reveal they are not a Goodman certified dealer…. So basically they can’t replace anything under warranty. (FYI all systems come with at least a 5 year warranty) But they chose to come out tell me all that was wrong and charge me $90 to tell me my AC isn’t working but they can’t fix it. They said they didn’t want to gouge me with how much it would cost if they fixed it, but they already did that when they said yes to a system they knew they couldn’t fix. Were they nice people? Sure! But they saw me as a quick dinner because I live across the street. Poor integrity. Not recommended.
