This experience was great. Communication was awesome from making the appointment to when the technician was on the way. Service was impeccable and I will definitely be calling them again if their services are needed.

Recently had to replace our water heater. Never a fun thing to have to purchase, but Dupps Plumbing did a great job. They provided clear options and pricing. They arrived on time (called ahead) and were friendly, communicated clearly, knocked out the work, cleaned up and made sure we were happy with the job. I feel very comfortable recommending them based on the great service we received.

Incredible plumbing service. I would recommend for all plumbing concerns. Experts in all areas. Even with difficult problems that require a master plumber. Prices are reasonable too!

Dupps came in repaired work performed by our "bathroom remodeler" and then installed a new faucet and bathtub for us. Very good, clean and knowledgeable service persons. Will definitely use them again

Of course, when you have guests in town, the kitchen sink decides to back up. Called Dupps and they scheduled me for the same afternoon. Dan got here earlier than expected (text notification alerted me when he left the other job) and he was incredibly thorough. He have me exact pricing on everything before he started and he tested everything before he left. Very pleased with Dupps and Dan was terrific.

I had hoped we could suction out some water from the pipe in the garage, but I failed to suggest that to Brandon. Crossing my fingers until we can get him out again when temps are lower.

Dupps had someone at my house within 2 hours to replace my water heater. Bryan did an amazing job explaining everything in great detail. We experienced an emergency shower leak that affected our family room ceiling. Dupps promptly responded on a Saturday evening when other companies were only available Monday. Dan arrived on time and was very professional. He efficiently capped the shower leak and restored our water within an hour. On Monday, Bryan and Dillion successfully installed a new shower valve and faucet handle. They were both professional and knowledgeable, addressing all my questions thoroughly. I highly recommend this company for your plumbing repairs.

We had an issue with our water heater. I called Dupps at the suggestion of a builder friend. They came out in a couple hours and had is back up in running. We were without hot water for maybe 3 hours total. The father and son team that came out were professional, knowledgeable, and friendly.

Dan was absolutely fantastic. Dupps Plumbing was able to schedule us quickly when we realized there was a problem. Dan was polite, knowledgeable, and willing to try whatever avenue we wanted to fix the problem once he diagnosed what the problem was. Once we had a game plan he executed it quickly and even cleaned up after. Highly recommend this company and Dan! A lot of their customers are long term customers and I see why.

As a home owner I have struggled to find a reliable and professional plumber.

On my fourth try, I found a great one. Dupps Plumbing came into my home and replaced a faulty shower head. A few months later I had an upstairs bathroom to remodel. Without hesitation, I hired Dupps Plumbing and they once again far exceeded my expectations.

Brandon did a fantastic job with my dad's kitchen sink repair. Definitely willrecommend this company to others in need of repairs.

Techs were extremely knowledgeable, polite, and efficient. They explained what needed to be done and answered all my questions and addressed all of my concerns.
They also addressed the problem with our gas fireplace logs (which was not one of their specialties). The fireplace worked but would intermittently turn off while in use. All in all since neither of us thought replacing the logs was warranted, for now I had them clean all the contacts and sensors and, hopefully that would solve the problem.
Overall they did a great job.

We have a home built 6 years ago in Pierce Township (Clermont County) that now suddenly has a major water pressure issue. After contacting Clermont County to check our pressure which they said was good on their end, we contacted Dupps Plumbing (who originally plumbed they house when new) and they came and replaced the water pressure regulator which helped but didn't totally solve our problem. The service technician told us he thought we might have a problem with our water softener system. We had the water softener serviced but still have sporadic weak water pressure. The water softener provider told us we may need to purchase a new water softener tank due to the amount of chlorine in Clermont County's water. Again, all this equipment and plumbing is only 6 years old. The water pressure regulator was $780 and a new water softener tank is $1500+. We haven't decided yet how to move forward.

Brandon was on time for appointment, actually a bit early, which was great. Gave me my options and quickly resolved my issue. Replaced a toilet, hauled away old toilet and left bathroom exactly as he had found it.

This is the third time we have called on Dupps for our plumbing needs. It starts with a phone call and they are very courteous and quick to get a day scheduled that worked with us. We met Bryan White on the first visit and have requested him for both additional projects at our home. Bryan is very knowledgeable and explains exactly what he needs to do, in terms we understand. Always respectful and he brings a smile with him to the job. He explains and shows you what he has done as the work progresses. Dupps Plumbing has an excellent representative in the field. Bryan always cleans up nicely, after the job and there are never any surprises. I highly recommend Dupps Plumbing and appreciate all of Bryan’s hard work.
