Came home late one night to water seeping up from my kitchen floor. Yikes! We had a leak and had no idea where from. Called Dupps the following morning who came out within 3 hours to help identify where the leak was coming from and then fixed the issue! Bryan and Justyn were both nice and explained what they found, how they fixed it, and advised on some follow up next steps for us. Would absolutely use them again.

I had somewhat of an emergency with a steady leak from my outdoor spigot. Bryan White came out the same day I called and did a fantastic job installing a new faucet. He added a turnoff valve as well and did such amazing work! He was at my house until about 6:30 pm, so I am very appreciative! I am very thankful and Dupps Plumbing has a new and very happy customer!

I had an urgent plumbing problem. I called Dupps one morning and they sent a plumber to my house the same afternoon. The plumber was very knowledgeable, professional, and helpful. He fixed my plumbing problem. I would recommend Dupps Plumbing and I will call them for any future plumbing problems.

I was very happy that Dupps Plumbing were able to come out to my house the same day I called for service. Brandon was great! He was respectful and knew exactly what the problem was with my sump pump and shared with me my options. He did a great job replacing it. I am very happy with Dupps and will definitely call on them again for future plumbing needs.

Best HVAC service you could ever ask for. The quickest, most receptive service I've ever received from ANYWHERE. If you need HVAC service in the Cincinnati area you'd be a fool not to use Fehring services.

Had a leak around my septic tank outlet and got a referral for Fehring Services from a neighbor. These guys are the cream of the crop! Expert knowledge and they didn't just do a simple repair, they installed a new baffle then checked the system and found the outlet pipe was also broken under ground a little further down the line and repaired that as well. My iron tank lid ring was so rusted it came apart and they're fabricating a new one at a fraction of the cost of ordering a replacement. No over charging by this company, they're very reasonable with their cost. This company is my company from now on for any septic system needs! I wish I could rate them higher. Well done!

Poor communication. Called them numerous times regarding our septic because they were referred to us by the pumping company. Said they would come, and didn't show. I called them twice (no one replied to my voicemail) to find out what happened and they said they couldn't get down our private drive. We were waiting this whole time and no one bothered to pick up the phone and let us know. Frustrating and unprofessional. Do yourself and favor and don't bother with this company

We chose Bartels to install a complete system as they were recommended by our friends and neighbors. Matt did a great job explaining our options, took measurements, and sized the equipment according to his calculations. Others were only matching the equipment to what I had. The installers overcame some challenging obstacles during the installation of our equipment. We are pleased with the workmanship and professionalism that Bartels provides.

Matt came to my house on time. He was there to do maintenance on my furnace. Bartels offers a great service plan that includes maintenance on the ac in the spring and the furnace in the fall. Matt was thorough with the maintenance and informative. We also talked about how old my furnace and ac are and that it will need to be replaced eventually. He didn't try to use any scare tactics or push me into a decision. He simply gave me the facts so I would know what to expect. This is the second time I have dealt with Bartels and I will continue to use their service.

When I make an appointment with Bartels, I know my equipment will be in good hands. I've never been disappointed!

Used Bartels for first time today. What great service! The two service people with friendly and very professional. They had my furnace fixed quickly and didn't leave until they checked to be sure it ran smoothly! Highly recommend this company!
