We’re thrilled with their work and with the HVAC systems. Jesse and Keith worked hard every day, meticulously removing the old systems in our three-story home and installing the new systems. It was a huge amount of work, indeed. Yet, they came to our home every day with a GREAT attitude and a GREAT work ethic. Jesse and Keith are highly experienced, incredibly knowledgeable, and VERY respectful,… to us as homeowners, and also of our property. We’re truly delighted that we are now lifelong Bartels heating and cooling customers. We LOVE supporting small local businesses. Matt, their salesman (an HVAC installer for decades) is very smart, articulate, super knowledgeable, and highly responsive to your calls/texts. Yet, he is NOT AT ALL pushy. We were SOOO impressed with Jesse, Keith, and BARTEL’s, that we decided to have Matt come back to our house and give us a bid for a mini split system for our garage. First contact with Bartels was very friendly, professional and accommodating! My husband "raved" about how nice the guy was that cleaned the furnace. My furnace went out during the heavy snow period this year. Scrambling for someone to come repair it was like looking for a needle in a haystack. Bartels was able to get someone out the same day! Nick and Jim (the two technicians that completed our service) diagnosed a faulty control board (my furnace is 13yrs old and out of warranty), were able to quote the part and labor before ordering it, got it on order for me, picked it up from the supplier, and came back to complete the repair the same day. They were clean, polite, and knowledgeable. I spoke with Paul on the phone to coordinate their visit and get regular updates if anything changed while they weren't at my home. He was similarly competent, kind, and polite.

Last of all, as a homeowner, I think we can agree that none of that would have mattered if the price they gave me was unreasonably high. This wasn't the case. I felt that the cost of the repair was very fair for the work performed.

I plan on using them again for my future HVAC needs.

We purchased a large home a year ago and replaced all three HVAC systems with Daikin HVAC systems. Bartel’s bid was almost $25,000 less than HELP PLUMBING. The installation team was fantastic and we love our HVAC systems.

Today, Nick and John came out for our seasonal service to check our furnace systems. Very knowledgeable, experienced, and professional technicians. We are huge fans of Bartels and will soon be purchasing a Daikin system for our garage and possibly master bedroom.

I have been using Miami Heating and Cooling for about 5 years I believe. They have always been reliable and extremely trustworthy. Most recently I had an issue with my AC blowing warm air as a result low refrigerant and a freeze up. Your technician Chris came out the next morning, checked the system and added refrigerant.....I realize any HVAC company can do this but Miami has never tried to sell me anything I did not need, has been honest on repairs and any suggested improvements and I have learned they are a bit better price wise when it comes to service and repair than their competitors.

I appreciate the quality of their work and your integrity.

Had a house fire 2 years ago and the restoration company cleaned our furnace. Went to use it and it wouldn't work. They sent their people out to look at it and they couldn't figure out the problem but was able to get the furnace working by leaving the front cover off. Fast forward to now and furnace stopped working again. Miami Heating and Cooling came out figured out the problem and was able to put the cover back on. Pretty sure the restoration company damaged the sensor switch and over time it got worse. Their HVAC people couldn't figure it out, but MHaC did and we now have a working furnace that no longer has it's guts exposed. Great job Miami Heating and Cooling! I will highly recommend you to everyone.

I just wanted to thank Brandy and Chris for their exceptional customer service that they provided to me yesterday. I called at 4:15pm to tell them that my furnace was not working. When I spoke to Brandy she was very focused on providing the best care for my situation and responded immediately. Within 30 minutes Chris showed up at my home and had the furnace repaired by 6pm. Throughout the entire process Chris was the consummate professional and kept me updated on the issues at hand.

I really do appreciate all that they did to help me out and situations like this are the reason I continue to use Miami Heating and Cooling and recommend you to my family and friends.

Our Heat Pump failed in mid July. We found Miami Heating and Cooling and they were incredible. Fast friendly service. Tony come out and sized the system we needed, gave us very competitive pricing and scheduled the install for the following week. They even provided temporary cooling to help through the extreme heat. The install team was also terrific..Daryl, Dillion and Wyatt were the best. They took great pride in their work, are very knowledgeable and did great work. They left the work area clean and organized. I highly recommend Miami Heating and Cooling and the Bryant Evolution System.

Dave was very efficient and knowledgeable. He showed us pictures of the old filter compared to a new one and let us know everything he cleaned up within the furnace. He is always very pleasant and always calls before he arrives.

Carson came today to do a service call. He was very professional, explained what he was going to do, and made sure I understood the process and the results of his inspection. My Very Highest Recommendations for Miami Heating & Cooling! (YAY!) Everyone I spoke to or was involved with was very attentive, caring, prompt, clean, polite. They took care of our problem in a very timely manner & made the whole process from start to finish of getting a new furnace installed (yes, eek!) simple & easy. My hat is tipped & 5 Stars to them.

Once again Miami Heating/ Cooling to the rescue. I am a 71 year old Gigi raising my 8-year-old grandson totally alone. Our heat went out last night, quick phone call to your business, and I had a technician on the site by 9:30 a.m. . Dave was professional, knowledgeable, and speedy. Glad to say as I am writing this I am sitting in a very warm house again.

When I was told that my new heat pump would be a valuable addition to my condo and it would also help with my utility bill, I have to admit that I was skeptical. I just received my bill and it was $85 less than last month. I am a very happy customer. Thank you Tony and the whole team that assisted in the installation.

Do you need a new furnace?

Don't wait like I did. Mine finally stopped working yesterday. I called Miami Heating & Cooling around 10am. They had equipment ordered and a crew set before the end of the day. They showed up at the house before 9am this morning. AND they had to drive to Dayton for one of the units. I had heat by 230. Besides a few odds and ends to wrap up tomorrow, they installed a brand new Bryant furnace and ac (need that too, may as well do it since they're here) in less than a day. Great work. Great install crew. I highly recommend calling Joe Sackenheim and his team for the best #hvac service in the area.
