This is my second great experience but only first time leaving a review.

Both times, I was treated very well on the phone and an appointment was easy to make and they didn't make me wait, got to me same day or next day. (First was in December with an impending cold snap. Today is mid-June with 90+ temps in the forecast).

First time, they came for a furnace tune up and found a bad capacitor and replaced that while they were at it. Very courteous, knowledgeable, answered all of my questions, got us up and running and we had a very toasty winter.

Today they came out for my AC and I had the same experience. Tech was in and out within an hour and now the house is nice and cool. Once again, different tech, but was still courteous, professional, and knowledgeable like the first time.

Pricing is always upfront, transparent, and honest, diagnostic fee is reasonable, and many payment methods available because these guys come with the tablet and everything. Ask questions, they're happy to answer. As long as this is how they do business, I'll never use another heating/cooling company but this one.

Miami H&C installed our system 10 years ago. We've had them service it every spring and fall since.

Miami Heating and Cooling replaced one of the furnaces in my bank. Their employees all seemed very knowledgeable and professional. While maintaining good customer service they were still able to be down to earth and explained the system clearly that a novice like myself could understand. Joe, Darrell, Cash and Neitric were all friendly and efficient and I would highly recommend this company.

We just learned about Miami Heating and Cooling and boy, am I glad we did. They worked us in and then diagnosed that we needed a part. They got the part the next day and came back to install it when they said they would. The cost was very reasonable. So nice to know there is an organization we can now rely on.
