Great service as usual. Roto-Rooter is a quality company. Prices are fair and they give Veterans discounts. This call was for a hot water heater issue. The technician and I discussed the issue and evaluated the possible solutions. Decided to replace the 10+ y.o. Richmond 40 GAL heater with a quality made in the U.S.A. STATE Proline heater. Installation was a routine. Technician was neat and through. Response to my request for service was within one hour. Total time for repairs <3hours. Great job. Great service. Great price. Thank you again Roto-Rooter.

Andy is amazing, and I love his dogs!!! He made sure everything was fixed and double checked everything at the end. Couldn’t recommend him enough!!

Our technician Kenneth was very prompt and pleasant and described the work he would be doing and what the price would be. He handled me asking a lot of questions and was able to complete the job in a timely matter and cleaned up everything.

I had a great experience with Roto-Rooter. Andy was clean, conscientious, and very pleasant to work with. He explained what he were doing, respected my home, and completed the job efficiently. It’s refreshing to work with someone who clearly takes pride in their work. I would absolutely use Roto-Rooter again and recommend them to others.

Andy took care of our clogged kitchen sink. He was very thorough in making sure it was good to go. No leaks, drains well, double checked it. He was very knowledgeable and friendly.

Andy did a great job! He worked to get my toilet unclogged and it flushes better than it has in a long time. He was very pleasant and profession. I would highly recommend!

Both Brad from Cincinnati and Ron from the Dayton area we're both amazing technicians. They were punctual they were professional and they were polite. They both worked very hard to get my drainage system cleaned out. I stood outside with Ron for about four hours helping him as much as I possibly Could and he was very thankful. After he left Brad showed up with the Jetter and finished it and around about two hours. When I say this was an amazing feat, it was one of those "you had to be there to see it". These guys worked tirelessly on getting me taken care of. Truly appreciate the professionalism from Ron and Brad and I appreciate Roto Rooter for sending them. I feel like it was a little more of a personal experience after talking with these guys and listening and learning a lot about the work they do. Thank you guys!

We had leaks under our kitchen and bathroom sinks, and Brad took care of everything quickly. Our appointment window was 12 to 2, and he arrived right on time. He installed new faucets that look great, and we don't have leaks anymore. He was friendly, professional, and reliable. We are very pleased with the quality of his work. Thank you, Brad!

Awesome,friendly,knowledgable staff. Promt,fast and complete repair of my main sewer line. Staff explained every step of the repair as it was being done.

They usually do a great job. I gave 3 stars because of the pricing. $250 to unscrew hot and cold lines under the sink is a lot.

The visit lasted about 20 minutes. I hired them because I wanted to make sure the valves still worked because the last time I unscrewed the lines and the valves were corroded and didnt stop the water.

The technician did his job, but the pricing was outrageous. $250. It wasn't an emergency issue either where they charge extra. As a matter of fact I made the appointment 3 days earlier and notified them that this is NOT an emergency.

When I made the appointment the dispatcher told me they will give me a price once the technician came. I figured I would probably be around $100 even though thats still a lot even with NO leaks.

When I called roto rooter I told them I was getting estimates, hoping they would give me a price over the phone but they didnt.

Again the technicians know their jobs and do it well, just be prepared to pay double of any other places like mr rooter.

Next time I will be going elsewhere, unless its an emergency and no one else is available like Mr rooter.

THANK YOU TRUE PLUMBING AND DRAIN CLRANING!!!!My sewer backed up in my newly finished basement. Called the company at 8pm and 30 minutes later jeremy came out and cleaned me out so I could bath my kids and use the dishwasher and washing machine. the next day he came out at 8am and jetted the roots in my pipes and got me up and running. he made a very stressful situation painless and easy. and I couldn't of asked for a better price. I will be a lifelong customer!!!

Had True Plumbing come out to fix clogged plumbing. Long story short, they have poor communication, multiple "no shows" and didn't fix the problem. Had no issue taking the money though.... Do yourself a favor and call a real professional.

Upon discovering I had no hot water and calling a few different companies who were unble to get me in that day, I called True Plumbing. Not only did they fit me in their busy schedule but also replaced the hot water heater that same day as well. They provided fast, friendly, afordable and professional serivce. I will definatly use them for all future needs. Thank you True Plumbing!

Our main sewer line was clooged and were not able to flush toilets. They Hydorjet it and cleaned our sewer lines 95%. It only took two hours. We would recommed true plumbing to all our friends and family, Jeremy and Josh were great.

We came home one evening to find a flood under the kitchen sink. Called True Plumbing the next morning. I was told he has two big jobs that day but he could come between 4-5. He called again in the afternoon to let me know he was still coming. Work was done that evening at a reasonable charge. Bonus, his crew shoveled the snow off the drive while he assessed the problem. Will definitely use again.

Just not a good overall company wouldn’t recommend go somewhere else if you want something done the right way this is not the company for it

As a property owner, we have used True plumbing for several plumbing problems. They are very professional and reasonably priced.
