I would recommend Bryant Services to anyone needing HVAC work. Mike is courteous, knowledgeable and professional.

So this is the 3rd summer vacation in a row that we've come home and had to call Bryant because one of our ac units is on the fritz (we have two). Got home late Sunday night, called Bryant Monday morning and he was there in less than 2 hours. Had it up and running quickly as usual. Very knowledgeable and no guessing which I appreciate! Its nice to know when I go on vacation next summer and its hot in the house when we come back I can count on Bryant to hook me up. I highly recommend!!!

Mike was very professional and prompt, coming by the day I called and scheduling me for just a few days out. The work was done quickly and with care and I would HIGHLY recommend for any HVAC needs.

We just bought our new home. We had to have an air conditioner moved (Mike) came right out and took care of it. While he was here we was talking about furnace’s. Even tho it was going on 6 years old (electric) we didn’t like electric heat. Mike sold us the new gas Lennox and put it in. We called Bryant's Heating & Air on Saturday morning. Got to our house fixed our air conditioner. With in 30 minutes we got cold air. We will Recommend. Bryant's to all of our family and friends. Will not Hesitate to call tham again if needed.

my ac went out at my job over the weekend and i called these guys first thing monday morning. they said they were swamped, but were able to stop by to check things out. after stopping in they determined what the issue was and ordered the parts for the next day.

I had a complete furnace and AC replacement by Bryant Service Heating & Cooling in May 2021. Very competitive price, great service and technical knowledge. Did what they said they would do and were prompt. Since then - they have been back to check on their install fall of 2021 as well as to check AC refrigerant levels in July 2022. I believe this business is honest, knowledgeable and right priced. I would recommend them and use them again. You should too.

Our furnace went out in Friday afternoon 2 days before Easter.
Mike was at our home within 30 minutes of our call. He knew exactly what was wrong and advised us what our best option was. Even though it was a holiday weekend he installed our new unit and it is excellent!
I would highly recommend him.

Locally owned small business what else could you want! Mike was great, put a new furnace in when I had a lot going on with water damage in my basement. He was reasonably-priced and knowledgeable and very courteous. He's lived locally his whole life and has been doing this a long time, which meant a lot to me. I will be calling him for any future needs I might have.

Called late on a Friday of a holiday weekend, and they were here Saturday morning. Addressed the issue I had troubleshot and gave the unit a good look over for any other potential problems I may have missed. They were done within the hour, and my house was back to cool before the 95+ temperatures. Mike installed a new AC and furnace system in our home last August. The installation was perfectly done. Any time I have any questions regarding the system, he promptly responds and always comes out as immediatly as he can. He is a nice guy and very honest. I will never have anyone other than Bryant Services work on my HVAC system. I definately recommend using his services.

Thank you Mike! I spent four days in the hospital and while I was there our HVAC blower motor had serious issues. My wife was home with only our fireplace and a wall heater. When I got home I called a local business at random but actually got no reply at all. I started searching google and found out Bryant was pretty close to our house and they had really good reviews. So I took a chance and called. Mike arrived the same day and within two hours of my call. He quickly found the issue, but could not find the part locally, it was getting late, so Mike said he would drive to Columbus the next day and pick it up. We were so surprised when he called the following day and said "I will be there in 20 minutes" and he was! Mike made the repair on the spot and checked out our system completely, and even corrected an issue that we previously had with the AC blower speed and all at a very reasonable price. Bryant comes very highly recommended by our family. Thank you once again Mike!!

The first company came out to clean and inspect the furnace and A/C, I was told I had a carbon monoxide leak. They said not to use the furnace, and I need a new one ASAP. I shut it off and waited until fall when I would need it. Mike Bryant came out for a second opinion, and no leaks whatsoever. I used it until It died 3 days before Christmas. (25yrs old). Mike (owner) and Jason came out and installed a new one on Christmas Eve. It was a big job and they busted it out in time ! Great price and very professional.

Excellent service! Our furnace was "humming" and Mike came right away to replace the blower. While he was there, we had a conversation about the age of our furnace (23 years old), and he gave us a price to replace it. We decided to do that, and a week later the new furnace was in, a day earlier than planned. Highly recommend!

Our furnace was acting up and the first place we called said the furnace was so damaged it had to be shut off and they would send a guy out in a few hours to give us an estimate for the new furnace, but we would be without heat for 2 days in this freezing weather. In the meantime I was able to get ahold of a friend who highly recommended Bryant Services. They came out, repaired the furnace in about 10 minutes and turned it back on. They said it should be ok and might last several more years and to let them know if it acted up again. Being an older furnace we did decide to have a new one put in. However, we were not pressured at all! The installation went smoothly and the price was much better than what the first company was suggesting. We will definitely be using Bryant Services for all our future needs and recommend you do also!

The two technicians that came out from Bryant Service Heating and Air were terrific. They problem-solved, communicated well with me, and were very thorough and thoughtful in their work. Would definitely recommend them to anyone!
