I’m torn making this review. I’ve used this cleaning service for quite a while now. They’ve always done an amazing job. However, lately they’ve been showing up late. 10 mins there, 15 minutes there, until today they were 30 minutes late. I originally asked for a 7am start because I had a packed day. They asked for 7:30am which I agreed, but they showed up at 8am. I’m done using them. If you don’t mind tardiness and a disregard for your own time, then by all means give them your business. If you want your cleaners to be punctual and to be able to plan your day then do not use them.

I have used this company twice now and would use more often but they are very popular and I am not always available when they have openings. The first time a family team came (mother, father and daughter) and did a very good job. The next time same team but just mom and dad and they did an even better job than before! They are timely, respectful of my home, efficient and quick, and did amazing work! I love to come home to good smells, I really like the products they use---- leaving a very nice clean smell and everything is shining. Ines coordinates the teams and is always responsive to my text. The first time I booked because another cleaner never showed up, she worked hard to fit me in at the last minute. Nothing but praise for this business. I am kind of hesitant to leave a review because I know that might mean I may never get another visit but I am just so happy with their work and customer service. I prefer the same team every time and they will honor that. Price is also very fair.

We've been using HomeShine for nearly a year and we have them clean our house every 3 weeks or so. The whole house sparkles each time they come. The cost is reasonable, & their work is fantastic! We could not be more pleased! If I could rate them higher than 5 stars, I definitely would!

I’ve had Home Shine come clean my house for a deep spring clean, that did an amazing job I could not imagine Ines told me everything what should be done and they did excellent.
I highly recommend them for anyone around Columbus for whoever wants their house cleaned, the products leave a fresh smell and their stuff are super friendly.

We we have had Bob at Shine do all of our windows in our two-story home and he did a fantastic job. We also had him put our Christmas lights up on both levels of our house. He also did a fantastic job on this and the pricing was extremely reasonable. I would highly recommend using Bob and his services.

Their response time to my inquiry was very fast, they visited my home for an estimate and scheduled initial deep cleaning so quickly. Our initial deep clean was yesterday and they did an outstanding job! Many areas were beyond our expectations and we couldn’t be more pleased. I bought a brand new home from M/I and I noticed recently that my baby tree is dead. Emailed M/I about warranty and they said Blendon Gardens said the warranty is expired because the tree was planted in sept 2024. I didn’t buy the home till mid 2025. Sounds like these people don’t sell healthy trees and they have a little scam going with M\I so they don’t have to back their product. “Let’s plant a tree for M/I a year before a home is ready to sell and then screw the customer on the warranty because by the time they figure out the tree is dead the warranty is up”.

I wouldn’t recommend sounds like these people don’t stand by their product.
