They rushed us to pay for the products but over a month later still can’t tell us when we can expect our landscaping to be done. Emailed them for a response and 3 days later we still have no answer. Not impressed!

Great plants and people. If you're having issues with your plants that got installed when your house was in finishing. Just call and they will help you.

Anne Quizer is very rude.. whoever owns this company should remove this wart of a woman before she puts them under and herself in the process.

As low ranked as this company is she refused to schedule us an appt said they were booked all the way up for the rest of the year and to go find another company. Congrats on letting money walk out the door, clown.

What is happening is bazaar. Me and my wife have been trying to contact you for TWO WEEKS. Left 10s of voicemails and nobody ever got back to us. Our builder is using them for landscaping and I wish I have other alternatives. Ridiculous unprofessional and irresponsive.

I first called in April to set up a estimate to plant a couple of trees, mulch and edging. They told me to call back in May. I called in May and after explaining the scope of the project, they told me to call back in July.
Just tell me you don’t want to do the job.
And after reading reviews, I am glad they are not.

Returning home to our professional landscaped space is a nice feeling. The bonus is the improvements made to our pond. Solid crew and workmanship, exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended! LS

We moved into a new M/I home in June of last year. They planted trees that died two month after we moved in. The have sent 5 people out here to tell me the trees will be replaced instead of just replacing them. Now it’s been over a year and nothing. When you call they don’t answer the phone. Worst customer service. Go with someone else.

We bought a new home by Rockford and Blendon Gardens was the landscaper assigned. When we moved in, one of the plants had already died (Minuet Weigela 3 gallon) and the many of the others weren't far from death. Additionally, even though mulch was included in the price, there was hardly any mulch when we moved in (and we also paid extra for raised beds), which meant that weeds and mushrooms had already sprouted up. We ended up buying additional mulch to cover what Blendon Gardens did not.

We also inquired multiple times about a quote for an irrigation system in June, but never received a call back until late September. At this point, based on their customer service, we passed.

Overall, I just wasn't impressed with their product, price, or service.

Our builder used this landscaping company…I would not recommend using them ever. It took a month to receive an email response after calling and leaving three voicemails and an email. In addition, Ironically, it only took 2 days to cash the check. I also had to drive to Blendon Gardens to speak with the production manager since no one ever answers the phone. Worst landscaping company ever! Awful communication.

Worked with Lisa on 3 different projects/phases for our home and could not be happier with how everything turned out. Lisa and her crew were fantastic and an absolute pleasure to work with every time. Highly recommend!
