Reviews of local pros in Mantua, Ohio

Todd’s Tree Service has completed numerous tree projects for me at various homes over the last 5 years. They’re punctual, professional, efficient, and personable. Maggie, in the office is spectacular! Tim, Seth, Dave, and Billy are all extremely hardworking and very talented in what they do. They make it seem like a breeze to be as flawless as they are on the properties. They use hard plastic matting when driving on your lawn, when necessary, to avoid rutting or gauging the lawn. If you’re looking for a small business to support that goes the extra mile to make sure you’re satisfied, then this is the company you want to utilize. Thank you for all you guys do!

Highly recommend!! We had 4 trees removed one which was a giant silver maple. The price that was given couldn’t be beat. We thought for sure we were looking at 4-6k job. They were quick, efficient, cleaned up, and didn’t destroy our yard. We were very impressed with the equipment and how quick they worked. Came at 8:30 and you could see them sharpening chain saws, checking equipment, and started right at 9 like they said. Not a single guy stood around and they were done in under 2 hrs. I wish I had pictures of the tree before.

Todd’s Tree Service did an excellent job on our tree work. Todd was great to deal with, very knowledgeable, and clear about the process from start to finish. His crew showed up on time, worked efficiently, and handled everything safely and professionally. They did a great job cleaning up afterward — you wouldn’t even know trees were removed. I would absolutely recommend Todd’s Tree Service.

Signed up with Jake for mowing this season. The lawn looks the best ever. He and his crew go the 2nd mile in making it look the best ever. We needed mulching and bed edging done quickly. Jake fit us in Saturday with 11 yards of mulch, plus edging. It looks GREAT!

Outstanding, fast, friendly and did exactly as I asked. Thank you guys, we will be working together again soon.

Great job with spring cleanup and mulch. Edging looks terrific.

Awesome company. Finished my yard and it is perfect. I recommend them to anyone.

I was referred to Jake of Ballnard Brothers Lawn Care at the end of Summer 2024 as we moved and needed service. Jake came through and fit us into his schedule and we are now regulars! He also takes care of our driveway in the winter. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Jake is a personable gentleman with a kind heart. He's been pretty routine with mowing and it looks good. I like that he appreciates the wildflowers and doesnt just cut everything down! Reasonable priced and responds to text and calls.

Jim and Kyle did a fantastic job finishing our basement. They were extremely accommodating and flexible to our needs and couldn’t beat their prices

Had a deck built this fall and had a great experience with Jim. Was transparent from the start and really worked with us on getting what we needed. Pricing was more than fair and great to work with.

Jim (CFC builders) was on time, courteous and did excellent work. Also, stayed late to finish the drop ceiling that day. I would recommend him highly.

Jim and Kyle worked on our master bathroom remodel during November and December 2025.
We are so happy with the work that they did and they were great people to work with. We are even planning on having them do some additional work in the future.

We’ve hired CFC Builders for a few projects over the years and have always been extremely happy with the outcome and quality of work. Most recently they did a glass enclosed wine display and Venetian plaster floating shelves in our kitchen and we love it!

It was very easy to work with Jim of CFC Builders. His estimate was very reasonable and he was able to get the job on his books within a couple weeks of my request. He tore down my old landing at my back door and built up a beautiful deck that has changed everything about my backyard for the better. He and his crew of two were super respectful and kind and knocked it out from teardown to finished product in 3 and a half days! If you need someone for a deck job (even a smaller one!) He is your guy! Below is before and after

Jim built a beautiful and well-constructed deck for me. He started and finished the project on time and at a great price. I appreciated his attention to details, and his consistent communication with me. I am already planning another project with him for the spring. I highly recommend him.

Speedy service, explained everything, personable and professional

service was okay. left a switch wired in my house that doesn't work

Very fast service. They gave me advice to call Ohio Edison first and then came out within hours to fix the issue when Ohio Edison couldn't.

Great service
Had my main panel replaced
A hot tub wired in
And a generator tapped into the house
They did a great job ,fast and showed up on time

Recently had a generator installed and couldn’t be happier. Great communications every step of the way, the install went smoothly and everything was done perfectly.
