I had a great experience with Harner Plumbing. I had a gas leak in my home and the gas company shut off my gas until the leak was repaired. I called Harner Plumbing and they were able to send Jake out within the hour. Jake was very knowledgeable and efficient. He explained exactly where the leak was coming from and how he was going to fix it. He checked everything to put my mind at ease. He tested the lines at a higher rate, and longer than what the gas company was going to do to make sure there were no other leaks. I was very happy with his service!

Great work. Had a misunderstanding on the invoice and were very understanding of my side and where I was coming from. We worked things out and were very fair. I appreciate it a lot. Thank you Eric.

Our hot water heater went out on the weekend. We called the number of the company who had installed it but they were unable to come until Monday. We then checked with Harner Plumbing at the suggestion of someone who had recently used them and was extremely happy with their service. Not only did they immediately come out, they were cheaper than the original company’s quote for the same unit (even after we paid the slightly higher weekend rate).
Jake was extremely competent, friendly, and professional. He was in and out quickly, explained everything that was done and kept the area spotless.
I highly recommend Harner Plumbing to anyone in need of plumbing services in the Hudson, Ohio area!

We finally found a plumbing company that stands behind their work and has great plumbers too. Alan could not have been nicer. He explained our toilet issue and ordered the part and came back a couple days later for installation. The whole process was smooth and informative with text updates and showing up on time and even a little early. We have a gas hot water tank that will need replacing and we’re definitely using Harner. Ask for Alan and you won’t be disappointed. Thanks Harner Plumbing!!!!

These guys are great! Everyone from the office staff to the plumbers in the field are friendly and knowledgeable. The office let me know a time range that the guys would be out and shortly after the plumber called to tell me an exact time, to which he was here on time if not a little early. He was even awesome with my son following him around the house while he worked asking the typical 3 year old questions. Our problems were fixed, he made sure that we didn't have any other questions and made sure every place he worked was clean before leaving. This is probably the third time we've used Harner Plumbing and they have been great every single time!

Harner plumbing has always had excellent responsiveness and made every effort to get here and resolve our issues quickly and at a reasonable cost. They are professional and courteous. They have been our plumber of choice for 15+ years. Highly recommend.

Rick was very helpful. Wax seal on toilet replaced. Unit broke on Saturday, harner was closed. Left message, they were prompt calling me back. Could wait till Monday for service. He did ask if we had another toilet. Also made sure I turned off water on toilet.

Can not thank Harner Plumbing enough for solving another plumbing problem for us. Called for help on Tues and Sam was here on Wed right on time! He knew immediately what was wrong and fixed the problem within 40 mins. Harner Plunbing is and will be my go to for any water problem. If I could rate them as a 10 star I would.

Over the weekend, my hot water heater died and I needed help fast. I called Harner Plumbing and they were able to come out the same day and install a new one. Alan was my technician—he did a great job and was super nice and professional. Everything was handled quickly and smoothly. Definitely appreciate the fast and friendly service!

I wouldn't have another company. Sam went above and beyond to fix my chlorine pump to help get rid of the awful smell of sulfur. When it wasn't working the way It should, Sam took his time checking each part out and was able to find the problem. It started to work right away. No more sulfur smell. Now I can enjoy my well water again. A++++

They showed up on time and were very professional. The part my faucet needs is special, which means they did not have it on the truck (this is not the first number that’s told me this). I am awaiting a quote for repair, but given my experience so far I can’t imagine I won’t proceed with the repairs.

Emergency plumbing repairs - it always happens around the Holidays. Very responsive, on-time, and efficient. Got the job done quickly - Christmas is saved (can't make cookies if you can't clean up, and you can't clean up with leaky plumbing.)

From my observation, the technician was an experienced plumber. He repaired the commode flushing issue and replaced two faucets. He cleaned the areas after completion which I was not expecting. I was very pleased. I highly recommend Harner Plumbing!
