They did right by us the first two times we called. They worked around our schedule, arrived on time, got the job done well and quickly, and charged a fair price. They were courteous and knowledgeable and everything you could want from an electrician. We referred them to everyone we knew. Then something changed...

We called them for our back lights. One was flickering, one wasn't coming on. The guy (different guy from the first two times) shows up nearly 4 hours late, refuses to look at me while I'm trying to talk to him (to tell him why he's there, since he said they failed to relay the information to him), stares at his cell for the majority of his time here, and then tells me that the problem was a broken bulb and the settings on the lights, which wasn't true. He then charged me a couple hundred and demanded immediate payment (which they didn't do the previous two times). Just to get the guy out of my house, I paid on the spot even though it seemed high for 5 minutes of work. I saw on the bill that the time was inflated and he charged for parts even though he used my replacement bulb and didn't say that anything needed replaced (also, I never saw him do anything but take the lights off, fiddle with the settings, and stare at his phone). I then called for an explanation and was told that the pricing was correct and that he must've done something else while he was there that he didn't explain to me. That evening, the one light was still out and the other light was still flickering, so I called to get them to fix it since I paid all that money and it still was doing the exact same thing. THEY ASKED TO SPEAK TO MY HUSBAND because either a), they think my female brain is too feeble to understand how a light switch works, or b) they knew my husband wouldn't fight them on their explanation that we should just buy new light fixtures and let them keep the money for not fixing the issue.

My husband wanted to give them another chance because they were great twice and only horrible once, and he could justify that time to be a misunderstanding somehow. He called them earlier this week and scheduled for them to come out today at 10 to install some new outlets. When they hadn't called or arrived by 2 PM, he called them and left a message to see if they were coming. It is now after 5 PM and we still have not heard a peep from them. I have no idea what happened, but it made my husband lose a day of work, sitting around waiting on them. They should have at least had the professional decency to give us a courtesy call to reschedule.

They have a couple of guys there who are AWESOME, one guy there who is TERRIBLE, and no desire to even attempt to make it right.

We’ve had Eric to the house for a variety of electrical work several times. He is always professional and knowledgeable and we are always pleased with the finished product.

Would not hesitate to recommend.

My outlets in the basement were shot and I had no clue what to do. Rapid Electric fixed the outlets at an affordable cost and the service was outstanding. They explained the problem and gave us a tips for what to watch for. I would recommend Rapid Electric to anybody who wants the job done right!

This is my second review because Bill and his crew are just that great!
We moved into a new home and they changed out all our lighting fixtures. Again, They did an amazing job!

We are very happy with the service we received today. The two gentlemen that came to the house were professional, courteous, and very kind. They finished changing our outlets very quickly. I also appreciate that they took their shoes off at the door without being asked. Absolutely would recommend this company and we will definitely be using them again in the future!

We’ve had Rapid Electric out for two jobs in the last few years, most recently a month or so ago. Was very pleased with service both times. This time, I stopped by for an electrical question for a problem I was trying to solve (that I ended up causing). Bill was extremely helpful answering my questions and providing solutions. He could have simply tried to push for someone to come out and not provide any solutions but he didn’t. Really goes to show you this company genuinely cares about its customers. Can’t recommend this company enough whether it’s just a simple problem you’re trying to fix or if you need them to come out do some work.

Another excellent experience with Harner. I've used them several times at multiple locations over a number of years and they remain easy work with, show when promised, and do quality work. Highly recommend. Sam's work and attitude deserve particular mention.

Mike came to install a garbage disposal. He did a great job and in a short period of time.

Harner technicians have performed the contracted work in a timely manner and to the quoted price even though there was some extra work involved. Ben was professional in every scope and went above and beyond to insure everything was clean and orderly upon completion.

Sam did a good job, very thorough, left everything clean, explained everything he was doing in detail.

Ryan came on a Sunday… determined why our drains were backing up and will follow up on Monday to fix issue. He was knowledgeable and very nice while working. Harner is always timely and willing to put in extra effort to fix our plumbing problems.

Harner always does a great job. Great communication, scheduled me quickly and got my issue handled. Price has always been very reasonable. Very friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Highly recommend them.

We were ghosted by two other plumbers and were getting desperate since it was a Saturday and our pool diverter valve was spewing water. Called Harner, their on-call tech Sam called right back and offered to come take a look. He told us what we needed to get from the pool company and said he could probably come back Monday to do the installation. He did just that, even though it was raining, and we are hoping to be able to swim later this week (if the weather ever decides to cooperate!). Such a nice guy, very efficient, and knowledgeable. We’ll definitely be calling Harner again!

Everything from the initial call, to scheduling, to the price, to the expert professional service was spot on. Mike was extremely professional and knowledgeable. From the "almost" terrible experience I had with a different plumber (who almost charged DOUBLE for the same service) in the area, I am glad I found Harner.

I agree with others. My experience with Harner plumbing consisted of professional service at a reasonable price, a company I would recommend. Ben, a likable man listened to our concerns then went to work. He roughed out the bathroom remodel relocating all the plumbing. The end result is an array of neat copper pipes completed by an artisan.
