Arrived on time and looked over my project. Seemed pretty basic to the plumber. He went to work and was finished quickly. I recommend Harner Plumbing for projects and repairs.

My Garbage disposal broke on Sunday, and on Monday morning before 8am, I had an appointment to arrive before noon. By 2pm diagnosis completed, disposal was installed and tested, a thorough check for proper drainage and no leaks. Friendly installer and advice for proper care and maintenance

Always happy with Harner's work. They havecome out for a variety of calls, from installing the plumbing for a new bathroom (and ensuring it passed code) to a faucet repair. They are my go-tos if I have a problem! Their plumbers are pleasant and helpful, and their work is very good and efficient.

Sam arrived on time, neat, respectful of our home, and highly professional. He really knows his business. He took time to contact Kohler directly to discover the broken part we needed to replace was covered by a lifetime warranty. No charge! Sam also took the time to review each step of his planned solutions to each of our other issues. Harner has been our go-to choice for plumbing problems for many years and will continue to be in the future.

Our water heater was leaking and they were able to come out the next day. Sam was wonderful and explained everything at a level I understood. Definitely recommend them, they were transparent about pricing and did fantastic work.

HARNER plumbing is amazing. Called Monday morning for help. They were here by noon to help so I could at least get the water back on. John did an amazing job of repairing the leaks and finding additional leaks that I didn’t see. 11 damaged pipes and a shower valve blown out. Had the water back on by 6 pm. Now the fun begins.

From speaking with Dana on the phone to talking with Rick in my home these guys are great! After questionable service with another company that were recommending tearing out my granite countertop cabinet and deck as the only solution, Rick had my drain running free and clear in a very short time with none of that necessary. He also showed me the problems and progress on camera ( none of which the other company did ) and explained everything he was doing. The cost was within reason and nothing compared to what the bill would have been if I had trusted the first company and allowed them to rip out the kitchen, deck and excavate my front yard! This company is professional, knowledgeable, and fair, dont hesitate to call them.

Outstanding experience. Last year, I purchased a condo that was poorly built during the early 1980s and had ongoing issues which lead to the discovery of slow leaking drain pipes from the upstairs bathroom into the kitchen.

The quoting process was clear- and the scheduling and communication exceeded expectations. The entire Harner team was a pleasure to work with. The technicians that competed the work were extremely professional and respectful. I now have plumbing that is up to code! I highly recommend.

We have been using Harner for all our plumbing needs for several years now. They are on time, do a great job and always clean up. All for a fair price. Best of all, they never try to sell you something you don't need or want.

Just like last fall when we had a problem, Dana at Harner Plumbing went above and beyond to get us scheduled. There was a gas leak (our responsibility) so the gas company turned everything off and most importantly, we had no heat. Fortunately, it was unseasonably warm for an Ohio February (at least temporarily) but we were still a bit chilly. Benjamin had his work cut out for him as he found two leaks, but once he finished and the gas company returned for a final check, everything was hunky-dorey. Harner to the rescue again! You guys are really great in a crisis.

Rick was on time and very courteous. He did an amazing job and cleaned up after himself. I will definitely continue to use them.
