Had an urgent plumbing repair on the Friday after Thanksgiving—so, a holiday weekend. Because we have a service agreement with company for our rental property, contacted Galbraith when our independent plumber was not available for our primary residence. At each interaction, the company was courteous and professional. Our technician, Matthew, was able to remedy our issue and at half the price of the original estimate. We are very appreciative of the timely service that hardly interrupted our holiday weekend.

The company is very organized with their scheduling. They give you a time frame and stick to it. Our plumbers always call to let us know when they are on their way and how far away they are from our home. We are on a maintenance plan and each plumber has been mannerable, efficient, and leave everything neat and clean. The prices have been fair so far and they do provide payment plans. We have been pleased to use Thomas and Galbraith. (Allen & Alberta Harris)

I’ve been a customer with them for about 4 years. I have their HVAC + plumbing maintenance plans. I’m not a very handy person lol. If my dad doesn’t have time to help me get a repair done, T&G is who I call. They have fixed many issues for me over years, prices are fair (not as cheap as doing the repair yourself of course, but that is to be expected, you’re paying for labour and materials when you hire someone). They’re always honest and have never left me hanging / without an answer for my issue. Would recommend to anyone!!

I have been with T&G for at least 4 years. The technicians are generally a 5 out of 5 and who keep me. Cal was awesome today; very professional and handled what needed to be done. My star reduction is the calling into the office can be a hit or miss as how you may get treated or talked to. Dolce was very condescending regarding my concern about my system’s Urgent gas message. Carrier was able to at least let me know the code I was getting did not endanger my family’s health.

Water softener install went seamlessly and Cody did an excellent job with the installation. He came back out the next day to walk me through a few things and was very professional and courteous. We certainly appreciate the professionalism and help.

My air conditioning wasn't working over the weekend so I called and was given a window of 1 pm - 10 pm on Saturday. I sat around for 10 hours waiting and called a couple of times but no one showed up or let me know they weren't able to show up that day. I called the next day and someone showed up at 4 pm. The total work took maybe 15 minutes but the guy hung around my house for almost 2 hours trying to upsell me on things I didn't need. $500 to blow compressed air into a PVC pipe. Had to cancel multiple plans with family and friends. Full disclosure it was the weekend so I understand that staffing can be tough but just pick up the phone and let me know that no one is showing up.

Blake showed up on time with a notice of 30 minutes. He began work promptly and reviewed all he did with me efficiently. I decided to add on to the tune up with a product he explained he did have if that is what I wanted-condensation drain gets clogged; now it will not. Thank you for your knowledgeable work and personable nature.

I had one of their electricians out to adapt the gas furnace electric line so I could run the furnace's blower motor via a power bank in the event of a power outage. It ended up being more complicated than I expected, but I am not an electrician so don't know the options. Jeff was very patient and took the time to explain how this would work and even did a test run so I would know how to set it up safely. I was very impressed with his knowledge and professionalism.

Daniel was very courteous and friendly, performed the furnace tuneup. Took pictures, explained and resolved an intake/exhaust issue. Discussed vent cleaning options and gave a good offer that I couldn't refuse. Would definitely prefer to have him back.

Gage is an excellent technician and very personable to have come out. He's quick and thorough, while being friendly and understanding too.
He explained a charge on top of charge for our next service plan, and he made it very understandable.
Gage deserves recognition and hes a valuable technician to keep at Thomas & Galbraith!!!

HAVC ductwork done this week. They promised to have before & after pics to clearly show the legitimacy of the work, unfortunately that didn’t happen. All what we received was a clutter of poor quality apparently phone-taken photos of few spots that really tells nothing. I checked around the filter as pictured below and obviously it wasn’t cleaned which makes me wonder how about the interior. The technician reports that two of the three areas weren’t dirty at all and the 3rd was “a little dirty but nothing too crazy” and yet they charged the hefty fee for full house ducts. I called their office the same day and was informed a manager will contact you and now over two days and I haven’t spoken to one. I hope to hear from them soon. Until then, be carful from this company and absolutely consider another one.

I had an excellent recent plumbing experience with T&G. Two clogged sinks upstairs and while it took them two visits, they sent the Sr Tech and he was able to unclog them and all for reasonable price considering how much time they were here. Cleaned up well and were both very pleasant. I will use them again. Thanks! Jeni

Billy worked with me to understand the operation of my house back up generator. He was very pleasant and professional. He listened to my ideas and concerns. I highly recommend him and Thomas and Galbraith.

We just received our annual service for our furnace system. This is our first experience with Thomas & Galbraith. We found Thomas & Galbraith services to be outstanding and we highly recommend them. We could not be more thankful and looking forward to additional services in the future.

He demonstrated that he was 100% committed to customer satisfaction. He also shared many other benefits involving home maintenance and repairs.

It was the extremely cold freeze we had recently and we couldn’t get the heat in the home above 60, and this was at 4 in the afternoon.
Our HVAC provider couldn’t get to us for 3 more days. After several calls I called Thomas and Galbraith. They came that evening.
So much thanks to them and Mr. Delton. He worked for 2 1/2 hrs until 12:30 that next morning to fix the issue.
Very impressed with his professionalism, and detail. I would certainly recommend them to anyone.

Our furnace went down at a property we don’t get to visit often. They were able to come out on a Saturday to repair the unit. Given the age of the furnace, I was interested in a full replacement. They sent a sales rep on a Saturday to go over my options and was able to send out a team that Monday to do a full removal of the old unit and install our new furnace. I personally have a tight work and travel schedule so their scheduling flexibility was perfect for my situation.

Top notch service today! Our Thomas and Galbraith representative (Jay Byrd) did an excellent job! Jay was knowledgeable, friendly, courteous, and hard-working. He answered all our questions. He gave us real peace of mind. Really glad we are enrolled in the plumbing maintenance-minder program.

Everything is working beautifully. The team that came to install my furnace and air conditioner worked together really well. They were extremely efficient, professional and friendly. They explained everything that was going to happen, and they asked for any questions on things we wanted to know. After the installation, they explained everything about the new system and how to work it. I was extremely impressed with the knowledge and efficiency of the team. I have gotten requests by some of my friends who are considering replacing their systems. Nothing concrete yet, but they are asking about your company.

My technician was Jamie Rogers. He checked with me and was able to come early which was great. He explained his work before and after his service check. He made sure to ask if I had any questions. He was very professional, friendly and accessible for questions. As always I was very pleased with the service I received. Thank you.

Service tech was prompt and did the diagnostic for the issue. He was very knowledgeable and professional. However, the company is over insanely priced. Took 5 minutes to remove the part and another 5 minutes to put it back on for the quote. Said it would be around $800 for the part and another $883 for the time to install it. First offer I told you what needed replaced and priced it at $300 for the part. I get there's a mark-up, but than double the part...and I'm being asked to pay $883 for a 10 minute job. No thank you. Absolutely ridiculous for the labor and the part.

Better for me as I have an company doing the work for less than half the cost I was quoted.
