I've been using Air Authority for four years now. They sort of came with my condo. It's a great team. They communicate well and always leave my home as clean or better than they found it. Larry takes great care of me and my HVAC system!

After two bad experiences with other heating & air companies, I decided to try Air Authority based on a neighbor's recommendation. Glad I did! The technician, Mark, is very knowledgeable, personable and was very willing explain what he was doing.

Ran across a problem with my ac unit . The capaciter quit working and needed to be replaced . Air Authority responded within the given time frame and it was back up in 45 minutes . Garrett was the technician who came out and was very professional and explained in detail what was repaired . I bought my ac/furnace from them in 2019 and will continue to do business with them .

This company did an outstanding job! Their Sales Representative was very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. Their service and installation team were also professional, knowledgeable and demonstrated the upmost of courtesy. The installation process was also outstanding. I highly recommend.

We got several quotes from small and big HVAC companies. Air Authority won out for multiple reasons:
1. From the get go Jack at AA was knowledgeable, honest, kind and pleasant to speak with. He went through everything in a way that was educational, and like he was truly trying to work with me and help. Other big players (you've seen their signs on the highways) made me feel like I was being taken advantage of. Jack turned a quote around within less than a day.

2. Which leads me to the point that they sell Trane, and the product speaks for itself. Other big guys wanted to sell me budget sub brands, and try to pretend like they're better than Trane. And wanted to charge me thousands more for a worse brand.

3. I wasn't bugged or bothered every couple days about have I made a decision. They quoted me a clear and fair price, they don't haggle or "let me talk to my manager and see what we can do". You believe in their products and services or you don't.

4. They had availability to get it installed as fast as I wanted. Their staff were on time, very pleasant, respectful of my home, and efficient. They had everything replaced in about 6 hours, helped me set up the app, answered any and all questions, went over all the work they did and cleaned up like they were never there. Adrian, Carlos and the rest of his team were fantastic.

I absolutely would use them again, and you will not be disappointed in their work, level of service or prices. Thanks!

They do no take advantage of their customers instead they take good care of their customer and provide the upmost services with professional and honest approach. I was very happy with the way I was dealt with by Air Authority after a bad experience with another company. I was happy with the process from start to finish and felt that I received a fair price for a new heating system. It also felt good to be dealing with a local family-owned company. I extensively interviewed eight (8) HVAC contractors before selecting the Air Authority to replace my system. I was looking for a contractor that was extremely knowledgeable and that would install my system with excellence. I am a Mechanical Engineer with a manufacturing background. “Excellent” means that all components are plumb, level, neat, and exceed code requirements. The Air Authority delivered. Their attention to detail was phenomenal. A few examples of what excellence looks like: the hole for the refrigerant lines was silicone caulked and then covered with brick dust to match the rest of the brick; the hole from the previous refrigerant line was expertly patched; the pad for the outdoor unit was carefully leveled and placed on a layer of crushed limestone; all duct connections were silicone caulked to eliminate leaks; the new disconnect box for the outdoor unit was perfectly level and silicone caulked on the top; my basement and utility room were left spotless. My new system purrs like a kitten and looks the part, too. And the Sales Manager, Jack Thompson, was right there throughout the process to expertly spec my new system and answer my many questions both before and after the installation. You want to use these guys.

After calling 32 companies who state they have 24 hour service in time of an emergency, the owner Larry Cook was the only one I got to answer the phone. Not only did he answer the phone, he listened to me cry, ramble and freak out, as this was our second water leak in 3 months in our home due to negligence from the builder and a prior HVAC company. He had a tech out right away to fix the issue. He then had additional techs come to install modalities to prevent future leaks. The amount of care, compassion and responsiveness was what I needed during this very stressful time. I even met Larry Blackburn yesterday who did a full inspection on my unit and made some adjustments so we can have best filtration in our home. I couldn’t be happier with the time spent educating me and the true compassion I received. It is rare these days. Thank you Air Authority for helping me in frantic measures

We are thankful for Air Authority! After considerable research, we decided on a Trane HVAC system as we wanted better quality materials because our old system experienced two heat exchanger fails and serious rust. We found Air Authority as one of Trane's recommended providers. Then we read several reviews from current longtime customers of Air Authority and it was those reviews of timely service, expertise, and professionalism that led us to obtain a quote from them. We desire to work with a company for the long haul and to purchase an HVAC system that will last and run well for many years. We want a company that not only specializes in a reliable and thorough installation process but will also be focused on servicing our HVAC for the life of our system; and when the time comes, have the confidence to purchase the next HVAC system from the same company because they were exceptional at servicing our equipment and providing us detailed updates through biannual service check-ups. What stood out to us with Air Authority is their professionalism starting with the first point of contact of the person answering the phone who actively listened to our situation and was helpful. Then came their representative who arrived on time, answered every single question, figured out which products would work best for our home's square footage, and provided actual Trane documents on the units recommended. Eric is incredibly knowledgeable. I appreciate that! After our quote was given, he provided videos on the different air quality offerings we were interested in. At every point, there was zero encouragement to purchase equipment that exceeded our home's requirements and a commitment to help us be as informed as necessary for this major investment. Then came our installation team, they arrived on time, were conscientious by putting down drop cloths to protect our floors and wore foot protection, they were very careful with our front door and walls while bringing in the new system and removing the old system. They kept us informed during the installation and did a great job. We didn't have anything left to pick up or clean up in our home or yard after they were here. Each member of their team was thoughtful. They also helped walk us through the new thermostat, recommendations on fan settings (how great is it that they have the same systems is their own homes and could speak from experience on what is working for them), showed us how to replace the air filters, use the humidifier, replace the humidifier filter, and also they set up the combustion properly for when winter returns in a few months. An added bonus, we have already received documentation from Air Authority showing our warranty paperwork for our new system has been processed, gave us the certificate and paid invoice to utilize at tax time to obtain a credit because we purchased energy efficient systems. I share in my review as appreciation to everyone at Air Authority and to show that every detail is thought about and done by this company! Personally knowing that we're working with a local family owned company means a lot to me too! Our new Trane system is running beautifully and we are so thankful!

Air Authority did a great job with the new installation of new HVAC. They brought us portable AC units in the heat of this humid summer and got us up and running until the new system could be installed. I highly recommend them.

We had an aging HVAC unit that started to show signs of it being time. I first scheduled a tech to come out and give it a look. He was very knowledgeable and friendly and gave his honest opinion on our next steps. We decided to move forward with a replacement (against the tech's opinion) and had Air Authority perform the replacement. From sales to install, everyone was fantastic and did not try to oversell us. Everything has gone well and we are very happy with all services that Air Authority provided.

I could not have asked for a better experience then the one I had with Air Authority. Eric came to inspect my current furnace and gave me an estimate, a thorough explanation regarding my choices of replacement units and explained the work that would take place. I appreciated that there was no pressured sales pitch, and he adressed my questions that I came up with over the next few days. Once I made my decision the installation was quickly scheduled. The team arrived right on time, explained what they were going to do, and got right to work. They covered the floors where they would be moving equipment in and out which was much appreciated. Once the instalation was complete, they explained all the features and explained the maintenance and warranties. They left work space even cleaner than it was when they arrived. I can recommend Air Authority without hestitation, and will be using them for any HVAC needs I have in the future.

Air Authority has been absolutely wonderful. After having been rejected by my home warranty to replace the AC, I discovered Air Authority. Jack came out and did an immensely thorough inspection on what I would need replaced. Not once did he try to upsell me on anything I didn't need, and even educated me on everything about my home AC system. Seth and Quinn came out promptly at 8am the next morning, and did an incredible job replacing my AC unit on one of the hottest days of the year. Additionally, they educated me on regular AC maintenance and how to take care of everything. They even took the time out of their work to say hello to my dog! They installed top notch equipment for an incredibly reasonable and fair price. Will recommend this company, and this company only going forward to friends and family.

Had a great overall experience with Air Authority! We had a little more of a complex issue going on with our HVAC system that required multiple visits. Each technician was prompt and professional, clearly explaining their process and findings. Ultimately were able to fix the issues. Communication with AA was excellent throughout the whole process. Can confidently recommend their services to anyone in the market for repairs and/or service.

Our furnace died and this was our first time to replace one. Air Authority was recommended to us by a Loveland Network Facebook group inquiry I made. I was very happy with the service and communication. They did have some 0% financing options. Eric was the employee who came out and explained our options to us, he was very informative and prompt to respond to questions via text after our consultation.The crew was clean, professional and pleasant to work with. Our new furnace looks and performs great! Very happy with our experience. They answered all our questions and we'd recommend them.

Took advantage of Air Authority’s free second opinion program and sure glad we did. Air Authority quickly provided us with a fair offer, gave recommendations to save us money, and installed a new furnace within just a few days. They are professional and helpful without any pressure tactics. We will have Air Authority do all of our HVAC maintenance despite the fact that we could have this done free of charge through another company.
