Had a furnace and ac installed.Everything was excellent(cost,product,installation).George and crew were great.Would recommend if you need any HVAC work done.

When we turned our air conditioning on for the first time this year in late May's 80+ degree weather, we found out that it wasn't working properly. We called Comfort Tech Heating and Air Conditioning right away and George fit us in the next day, a Friday starting the Memorial Day weekend. He quickly figured out the cause of our system not functioning correctly and explained everything throughly. Unfortunately it wasn't a part that anyone would have on hand at the time of a service call or estimate, but he ordered it and scheduled our repairs before he left us. George was back the following week to make the repair. He was efficient, through, and informative of what he was doing throughout the process. Once the repair was completed, he stayed until he was sure that our air was 100% operational and our house temperature was cooling at a rate that it should have been. Before he left, we signed up for the annual maintenance schedule to ensure we prevent any future problems before they arise. Thanks George!

George and his team came out almost immediately when my AC stopped working. They diagnosed the problem and gave us 3 options to fix the ac unit. Overall very friendly and had the best price on the work we had done. Won’t use anyone but comfort heating for all our hvac needs.

So the website says $99 service fee but when I called it was $125? Not a big deal maybe change your ad online. Quick response and very knowledgeable but that’s the problem. When they know you are unfamiliar with their area of expertise they’ll charge you whatever. Now I’m not sure if he manufactured the Dual round capacitor he sold me himself but I checked all over the internet and at my local Harbor freight and NOT ONE is being sold for the $159 he sold me that part for. Not only was I charged 10 times what the part was worth, and that is no exaggeration he left my water running since Saturday and now my back patio are is flooded. Glad there was no furniture out right now. Was he knowledgeable? Yes. Fast? Yes. Is he gonna up sell the parts he’s using? Of course, they all do it. Do yourself a favor and gather some knowledge before you call. Also get your own parts people. AC works though 👍🏾

Had an appointment to replace my thermostat Monday June 9th. between 10-11 am. They were a no show. At 12:30 I called and left a message. No response. I have left several messages since and still no response. Very disappointed. Would not recommend them.
