From the time of the appointment to them showing up, I was notified by text. Case was our technician who came to our home. Their vans were professional and clean. Case was very professional and explained everything he was doing to inspect our furnace. They were quick to find the problem and clearly explain are options for repair.

George did a great job. Came out after a large snow storm and we had no heat. Got the furnace working, realized he didn’t have every diagnostic tool with him that night, so he came back later to make sure everything checked out all right. He could’ve just got it working again and left it at that, but he went the extra mile. I wouldn’t go anywhere else now.

Highly recommend, George and his team did an excellent job in diagnosing the issues with my furnace. Gave me options on how to fix the issue. They were all very prompt, professional and courteous. Easy to schedule an appointment, great communication and installation was scheduled immediately. They did an excellent job!

Comfort Tech is amazing! My furnace went out on the coldest night of the year and and George was out quickly, got it running through the night and was back at 9 am with a new furnace. Very fair pricing, and the new furnace works so much better than the old one. I can’t recommend them enough!

Our experience with Comfort Tech was a 10/10! We woke up on a Sunday morning with the house at 53°on one of the coldest days of the year.We called Comfort Tech and spoke to George, he was here in about a half hour! Once arrived he diagnosed the problem immediately, quickly retrieved the part and installed in minutes! Our house was warming up and we were pleasantly surprised with the final price! We Later discovered that George is actually the owner of Comfort Tech, and is such a nice down to earth guy. We will recommend George & Comfort Tech to everyone we know from now on; hands down!

Our furnace went out Friday right before the big storm and George was on top of everything. Painless and seamless install of a new unit and quickly done. He was even nice enough to drop my family off a bunch of space heaters at 11pm to help get us through the weekend. Highly recommend George and his guys at Comfort Tech!

We called them out for A/C and Heater replacement. Sokol the business owner came out to personlly evaluate our needs and give us his best commendation. They were the only one that would install the HVAC system we wanted. We had separate ductwork for our main house and the attached mother in law suite. We wanted to unify the ductwork so that we would need only one HVAC system. They came in several thousand dollars less than all of their competitors. Add in their high quality install work and their conversational nature. Shoutout to the Smith Brothers. I would recommend them above all others if you need HVAC work done.

We met Sokol Durici, owner of ComfortPro Heating and Cooling and staff at the Stark County Home and Garden show. We were considering replacing our 20 year old furnace. They were very friendly and provided us with general information, so we scheduled them to come out and give us a price. The owner came out, and was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He did the necessary testing and advised us of the type of system that was best suited for our house and our needs. We had some areas of our home that were cold in the winter, and hot in the summer. He explained the problem, and gave us solutions to address it. We had scheduled other companies to come out the following week, and ended up with 3 good bids. We choose the “best” bid for the job. We were completely sold on having ComfortPro do the work for us. All of the work went according to plan. The Smith Brothers did our installation. They were very professional knowledgeable, and provided friendly service. They completed the installation quickly and cleaned up leaving everything the way they found it. They made sure we had no questions. Great service! Next, Will Harvey, came to calibrate and check everything over to make sure everything was working properly. Again, very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly service. The owner, and his company, goes above and beyond in every aspect of the job. I had a new multi zone mini split installed in our old 2 story home. Sokol, the owner was there to oversee the start of the installation and also afterwards to check things over and to make sure I was happy with everything. If anything is not right he will correct it, this is huge as it has been my experience with most companies once you sign the contract you don't hear from them again. The communication with him was great as he was always quick to respond to questions and also the company uses a system to text you when they are on the way to your house and to track their location at anytime so you know exactly when they will arrive. I highly recommend ComfortPro.

My experience was fantastic. Our air conditioner was broken and they came out the next day. Alex spent 3 hours here. He was very professional, clean and explained every step of the process. He even made time to do an annual tune up on the unit. We will use them again!

Will was our tech for our broken air-conditioning/furnace issue. We recently purchased our home and a week later this disaster happened. We called Comfort Pro Heating and Cooling and within an hour Will was at our home and diagnosed the problem.
