The gentlemen that came to service our furnace were polite, informative and respectful! This was our first time using ComfortPro and we will be using them again. We had an issue with our furnace not staying on and their customer service representative made sure we got taken care of right away. Great service from start to finish!

We bought a house with an older furnace and was told we should plan to replace it in the next couple of years. Three weeks later it stopped working on a Saturday, just as the really cold weather was about to hit.

I called four Heating companies and got two responses. Comfort Pro was one of them. Like everyone else that we called, they had a full schedule, even so, Sokol the owner, came out to help us through our crisis. We got two prices for the installation of a new furnace.  Comfort Pro was our choice. We knew we were in good hands because they had replaced the furnace at our residence in June 2025, and we liked everything about it.

We needed the work to be done quickly, so Sokol moved things around to be able to put us on the schedule for that Friday. Upon removing the old furnace, his workers discovered an air conditioning pan that was melted, They called me down stairs to show me the problem. It was a big, melted, mess and I knew I was in for another big expense, and I panicked.  His workers called Sokol, and he came immediately. Most other companies would have tried to sell me a new central air system, because it was old too.  Instead, Sokol immediately got the unit information and started looking for a replacement part.  He found it and saved us from having to replace the central air unit too, which was not in our budget. WOW!

this is the second time we had them come out, and both times have been excellent experiences. Will H. came out both times and is so nice, professional, and courteous! Will and Jay were professional, on time, knowledgeable, and explained our issue. The office staff was very polite and sent their techs out quickly. Jay came back when our part was in to fix our issue, explaining what he did. I definitely would recommend Comfort pro.

ComfortPro is the best. Sokol the owner personally worked with us to arrive at a plan that met our needs. He was very thorough and ensured we understood everything he was saying. The day of the install went exactly as described, and they left the place perfectly clean. The two gentlemen who did the install were knowledgeable and skilled. Sokol even noticed an outdated valve in another area of the basement and replaced it free. The first night our furnace was unintentionally set on a sleep time temperature. I contacted Sokol at 3am. He said he would be here in 25 minutes. That is insane dedication and service. We did not need him to come out but the service continues to be incomparable and they will be back in a week or two to check over their own work, make sure the system is running well and to answer any questions that have arisen. If we have any problems in the future they will be able to read codes virtually and know how to respond. We don't expect problems but this feels more like a partnership than a 'one and done'. Lastly, they were able to beat the price of a peer competitor even including additional features.

They came same day. I received a phone call letting me know he would be slightly behind. Appreciate that phone call. SOKOL was amazing. He explained everything to me. Was very nice and thorough. Im now set up on a yearly maintenance plan and very very satisfied. After years of this furnace im happy to have a maintenance plan. Thank you so much

ComfortPro replaced my boiler from 1937 with a combi boiler and on- demand hot water heater. They did an awesome job, great communication, very professional. Completed the work on time and left their work area clean.

This was truly at great experience. Koli was so kind fixed my issue quickly. The communication was awesome I was aware of when he was on route and when he got here. He also told me som great advice and did not try to sell me on anything. My issue was my heat didn't work come to find out i was missing a cord. Koli made waited to make sure my heat actually worked before leaving. He was also very respectful to my home. I could right before they closed yesterday and they got me an appointment for today the lady I talked to when I called was very nice I can't think of her name but she was helpful as well. Im very grateful for them.

I called late on a Saturday night when my heat stopped working and was really worried because we have a 1‑month‑old baby at home. They came out first thing the next morning at 8 AM! The technician was super friendly, explained everything clearly, and diagnosed the problem within an hour. Our heat was back up and running in no time. I’ll definitely be using them again for their yearly furnace and AC maintenance plan—it’s well worth the $200! Highly recommend this company for fast, reliable, and honest service.

Diagnosis of the problem was quick and accurate. Quote for the new furnace was exact. No surprises. Workmanship was exactly as described. Clean-up was complete. The company employees and it's owner still have old time customer service and integrity as it's first priorty.

Will arrived promptly and checked everything out. He figured out and confirmed that my gas had been shut off. Omni Fiber cut a gas line. He checked out my furnace and told me it looked good. It is an older one but still running. Thank you Will and ComfortPro heating. Thanks Lisa for sending Will so promptly and not making me wait.

I had 4 HVAC contractors quote my job. It was to replace the furnace in the attic furnace room, above the second story, so not an ideal location for sure. I selected ComfortPro, as their quote was competitive (slightly higher) but I was very happy with the qualtiy equipment quoted and the knowledge and professionalism of the owner, who provided the on-site quote himself. His involvement and technical expertise tipped the scales in ComfortPro's favor. Two of the others sent 'salesman' to quote the job rather than what I consider HVAC technical experts. They arrived on-time and quickly got to work. The installation was very well done, neat and professional. They took the extra steps to make sure it was a quality job every step of the way. The guys also did a great job cleaning up. Very satisfied with having chose them and would highly recommend them to others.
