We are literally blown away at how incredible this company is. The first time we called Brandon out to the house when our air went out, he showed up within the hour, diagnosed the problem and was able to fix it the same day. Less than a month later, our furnace fan broke, leaving us without air again. Brandon was available and easy to get a hold of in a pinch, especially on a Friday night. He was able to get the part we needed and kept us informed of what was going on with the repair along the way. We feel that Wayne’s pricing is fair, and their service exceeded our expectations each time they came out to the house. We can not speak more highly of this company as well as the service and knowledge they provide. You wont regret working with this duo!!

Great work and great people stopped out right after I called were able to get me in early and got me a great price and very fast turn around from estimate to a whole new ac unit install took them a total of 3 days from initial call to finish install walked me through the full system great experience will recommend them to everyone in the future

Wayne's Air Conditioning and Heating , They do a great job we have used them few times now and they are my neighbor and I don't have any thing bad to say they have always done a wonderful job and cleaning up and very nice and friendly. I would recommend them to anyone. Keep up the good work

These guys are the absolute best! You can trust them 💯!!! I've been doing business with them for over 3 yrs. As a single women you are reluctant to have people in your home, let alone people that don't try to rip you off! These guys could have charged me way more on several occasions but NEVER took advantage of me. I couldn't be happier and I'll never have anyone else in my home. Just for reference they installed a brand new furnace and on demand hot water system around 3 yrs ago and have been caring for and doing my inspections. I've never had any problems with either things. Just me breaking things that they have come out to fix 😄 I'm very grateful 🙏

We had our AC go out on us at 8pm with a newborn in the house, Chris was at our house within an hour. He figured out the issue quickly, and had the part needed on his truck. Put it in, cleaned up some wiring, and made sure everything was working before heading out. He was respectful, quick, clean, and thorough. 10/10 recommend Wayne's for any HVAC issues. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. GET AT LEAST A SECOND OPINION BEFORE DOING ANY WORK WITH THEM.

So glad I got a second opinion.
Chris came out at the beginning of January 2024 for a no heat call. told me I need a part that was very expensive and would take at least a week to arrive, in an effort to talk me into a whole new furnace I did not need.

Second opinion comes out the next day and tells me its a small part, quick, cheap, and easy fix.

The guy who came for the second opinion said he went to school with Chris and was disappointed in him because according to him after poking around for a couple minutes with a multi-meter he knew for a fact that Chris was attempting to swindle me into spending thousands on a new furnace that was entirely unnecessary.

Excellent service! Extremely impressed with the service and product I received. These guys are a smaller company and really take the time to do the job right. Clean installation!! I replaced entire A/C unit to which they had the new one up and running within 24hrs! Also, this all happened during a 100° heat wave. Lifetime customer.

I loved using Wayne's. Chris was my technician, and he was the best out of three quotes I received from three different companies.

When talking about getting a new system, alot of prices are similar. Noting that, I like to select the best technician. And Chris from Wayne's had the most knowledge. Pointed things out that no one else seen upon quote appointment. And went above the norm to get me set up right.

After having 4 different appraisals for a new central AC, we picked Chris. No pressure and no bogus 'you need evvverything replaced' sales tactics, none of that. Chris took his time explaining every detail and carefully listened to all my questions. When I explained one of us has a vision disability, he even took the time to find a thermostat with a large display and with simple physical buttons. His craftsmanship on the install was top notch. Highly recommend!!

Excellent same day service at a fair price, very efficient and professional. Chris went above and beyond to locate an out of stock part to get my furnace back up and running same day.

We were having issues with our air conditioning in May, right before it started getting hot outside..
These guys were amazing..
I didn't know Chris very well, but I am good friends with his better half.. And he didn't disappoint.
They showed up on time, they explained everything, and were very helpful with the financing application,,
On the day of the installation,, I had to leave for work before they were finished, And they followed my instructions as far as making sure my house was locked up and made sure my cat's didn't get out.
They even made a follow up phone call to make sure that the new unit was running well.
I highly recommend this company and these two gentlemen to take care of any heating or cooling issues.

I have a package heat pump. That so it provides heating and cooling in one unit which is not something common in this area due to cheaper heat with natural gas which I don't have. The main external electric box failed. That was replaced and a lot was explained very well. Was done at a reasonable price and good expert service.

We needed a new sourse of heat. They were quick and very professional. We will use them again.

They came right when expected and were in and out, problem solved in under 30 minutes! Highly recommend!

Had to call our good friends out again to look at our unit. This time cooling. Simple fix, but happy to have a reliable company that has kept it fast and easy for me to understand the issues and what was done to solve the issue. Prompt and professional, couldn't ask for more.
