Our unit died last week and we decided to replace our existing heat pump with a new efficient Bryant heat pump. Sokol spent 3 hours sharing his knowledge with us, giving us options and helping us decide on what would work best for us & fit into our budget. Over the last three days Will, Steve & Matt were here replacing both our inside and outside unit as well as adding a gas line for us. They were extremely personable, they were communicative and professional. Everything is up and running perfectly and their craftsmanship is unmatched. We would highly recommend Comfort Pro to all our family and friends. When you’re making an investment in your home it is important to go with the best!

The company owner showed up and conducted a 100% assesment of our heating system. He discovered and repaired several gas leaks around the valves. He subseqently scheduled a technican to perform a furance maintaence checkup next week. Awesome service. We had a working issue between our furnace and thermostat that was causing the thermostat not to work. Koli did a great job fixing the issue and was very thorough to make sure everything was running as expected. It was a great experience. I even signed up for their maintenance plan. Amazing company! Called Thursday afternoon regarding a furnace failure. Owner came out 8:30 AM Friday and determined secondary heat exchanger had melted (total failure), therefore furnace replacement necessary. He engineer-sized my home and determined a smaller capacity furnace than original would be sufficient; he did not try to upsell me. Had the new furnace on the truck within an hour, installed same day (WOW!); 3 guys to assist; done by 4:30PM. It's now a week later, 7^F below zero outside, and my large home with over 4000 square feet of living space is at a comfortable 72^F using only an 80,000 BTU high efficiency Bryant furnace. Technician Will came back today to adjust furnace blower speed at my request and office manager Lisa provided cookies to me and a thank you note. Top notch!
