Chris Ruby of Wayne's AC & Heating promptly arrived at my house to repair the furnace. He was very professional and diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly.

Amazing!!!! The guys that were sent were so nice, honest and professional. Very honest and transparent with pricing. They really went above and beyond. I’m 8 months pregnant, they noticed a very large, heavy box Amazon left on my porch and brought it inside for me. I am so grateful for everything and definitely will only be using Wayne’s from now on.

Our AC unit was not keeping up with the Hot Temperatures out side. Knowing how hot it was to get to this week i was a little worried.
Called Waynes yesterday and they told me they could be here between 1-3. Showed up on time looked at the unit, took it apart and cleaned everything. It is now working great, just in time for the heat wave.
Very friendly polite and knowledgeable people. And was totally pleased with everything including price charged.
Would highly recommend them for your heating and cooling needs!

They did a wonderful job on the install of my furnace and are coming back to install my air conditioner when the weather breaks. Very thorough and professional! Highly recommend them! Had my estimate done in 5 minutes and very competitive pricing!

Chris and Bailey were amazing! I just purchased my first home and wanted someone to come out and make sure all of my systems were in proper working order. They fully explained everything they were doing and answered all of my questions. Very respectful! They have a customer for life

Our experience with Chris and Wayne’s Air Conditioning & Heating has been phenomenal. We were unsure what the issue was with our air conditioning, if the unit it self had something going on or if it was a thermostat gone bad. I called Thursday later afternoon and they were able to see us the very next day. Unfortunately our compressor had gone bad. Chris went through every single option and we were able to make the best choice for us, which was going with a new unit as our old unit was already 14 years old. The entire thing was very smooth and we’ve been so happy with everything. The new unit is in. It runs amazing. It is so quiet. We are so happy with how everything worked out and are definitely going to use them in the future.

First night home with a newborn and the furnace breaks on the coldest week of winter. It was 29 years old. They treated my family like royalty, left heaters for us and installed a new heater and ac unit the next day. They really took care of us.

I have been very happy with Wayne's air conditioning and heating. I had them install a mini split system in a converted barn a couple of years ago. They gave me a very reasonable price and did a great job installing it. I have been very happy with it. So when I questioned something I was being told by the company that had been maintaining my house systems, I called Wayne's. Chris and Bailey checked things out, gave me an honest, thorough and knowledgeable explanation of what they were seeing, and saved me from paying for something I did not need. I am now using Wayne's for all of my HVAC system maintenance.

Chris answered our call for help and showed up within 15 minutes. Very personable, straight to the point and got our heat back in! He is now our person for heating and cooling maintenance! He has our business!! And the emergency call was very reasonable priced!

Great and expedient service. They were so personable. We lost our furnace on a Sunday and they were out on a Tuesday. Complete installation was done on Thursday. It was the coldest days of this year so far. They even offered to loan us space heaters. The price was great and the financing even better! I would recommend them to anyone needing HVAC service. In the middle of the recent snow storm, Chris and his team came out assessed my 20 year old unit realizing it had heated for the last time. They offered a very competitive quote and were here the next day to install my new unit. Excellent service from beginning to end!

I had called to see if I had a small gas leak. Within 30 mins Alex arrived. He was professional and asked questions about my system. Within a short amount of time he explained what was wrong and what is needed to fix. He never tried to up sell me. We talked about the best options. He could have told me I needed a new furnace and I would have believed him. He showed me pics of the item that was defective and what the cost would be to fix. BTW my furnace is over 20 years old. It is good to see there are companies that value quality in hiring great employees. Alex was outstanding and will be using Quality as my HVAC company.
