I just wanted to share my recent experience with Biegel's Plumbing. I called them to install a new outside water spigot, and I couldn't be happier with the outcome. Bill came out promptly and had the new spigot installed in no time at all. He was both professional and courteous throughout the entire process. I am extremely pleased with the work he did and will definitely be calling him back for any future plumbing needs.

This company is truly excellent. I called Biegel's Plumbing and Bill Biegel got back to me quickly, even after business hours (around 6pm). I probably talked with him on the phone for 10 minutes and he let me walk through what plumbing issue I thought had with the valve in the wall that leads the clothes washer. He clearly went through what the issue likely was - and he was right. He said he did not want to charge to replace a valve the was likely not the issue. He saved me money by being honest. I highly recommend his plumbing services. (we picked him because many of our neighbors recommended him)

We were having an issue with a leaking shower. We called Biegel Plumbing in the morning, Bill called back shortly later, and by the afternoon the issue we had was completely fixed. Jeff Lee was able to quickly fix the issue and we were thankful for his expertise. Jeff was polite, courteous, and professional - all around great experience! We’ll definitely be reaching out to Biegel for any future plumbing needs.

John the service technician was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable . He completed the new battery installation quickly and answered all my questions.

Tyler was beyond great. He showed up quickly, fixed our problem, and had us back to normal within an hour, while fielding questions about Star Wars and Lord of the Rings from our son. So grateful for his kindness and knowledge!

John was a super knowledgeable, friendly and courteous technician. He explained everything in detail about what my options were and everything as he completed the service. He was clean in his work and very thorough. He was kind enough to even speak with my husband on the phone. Problem has been solved, and yay me I get to do laundry today.

This is the only company that would come when I had an emergency on a Saturday afternoon. Other companies said they could come after the weekend, but I did not want to wait with the overflowing toilet in the basement until the weekend was over. Roto-Rooter was at my home withing the hour after I called and had the mess cleaned up and sanitized in a couple days.

I don’t live in the newest home and he didn’t blink an eye. He found the problem quickly and got it done in a timely manner! John M worked on our plumbing.

They provided service immediately and the technician was amazing, friendly, and super informative! We will definitely use him again!

The guy that showed up was really nice he fixed the problem pretty fast. He also said they would come back and find how they can go from the outside to clean out the drains without going through the house. I hope if I call them again I get the same person.

Service technician was friendly and did a good job. Initial quote of $458 to place a vent pipe under the sink was way overpriced.

Tech was good, it's the price not happy with. Was told needed two drain cleanings a year to keep warranty valid. Why would I pay 600 dollars on a newer system each cleaning, plus that adds 1200 to 1300 dollars a year on my already very expensive repair. Was told 100 dollars a cleaning with snake. It's new system why hydrojet.

I was not pleased with service. I was on vacation when service done and called about it 7/22, when I got home. Was told super was not available and e-mail would be sent. Have not heard anything yet, and it 7/26. Used them last year and was very pleased

Paid them In advance. As it stands now, BIG mistake. It's 8/25 and was told I would get a call 8/14 at the latest. Still no call. Did work on 7/15 - still have questions. Have not had phone calls or e-mails answered. Big shots wanted to.know if I would change rating.if they answered. That was as of 7/31/25. Still no communication.
Finally after almost two months, I got a live person to come out and talk to me. He found the clean out valves that were supposed to be used once a year, not where all pictures had showed them, and put them above ground, which should have been done in July. He answered questions that I had, since July. He still could not answer one that I was told "You have a serious problem", but no problem was told to me. I'm still waiting for that reply. Did not even get a "we'[re so busy that we can't answer you right now" reply. This would have been nice. I don't care if you are "busy" you should take the few minutes to tell someone that.
Just good business sense.
Called on Friday, Sept. 26th had to leave word. Someone called me Friday about 3:30 and told me I would get a call Monday, Sept. 29th. I had to call Tuesday, Sept 30th, around noon because no call had been received.
It's been 4 months ths since service and after 4 leaving call back messages still waiting for someone to come and cut off clean-out drains. Realize lawn mowing season is over but grass was sewn 09/30 and has grown. As said before, just a simple call back saying too busy would be appreciated, but nothing--- Never mentioned financing to me, just that had to have money before service. Also never was told why excavation done by garage downspoutand what problem I may have. No way to treat older widow. Finally, after 4 molnths, Scott was here to cut off clean outs and clarified issue left unsaid about downspout. They did what they said they would, but took 4 months to do it.

We had our water heater replaced with a tankless water heater. They came out the day after our tanked water heater blew to give estimates and set up an appointment 2 days later. Our service technician (Tyler Redinger) explained everything clearly of what he was going to do. Very professional, clean, honest, made us feel comfortable and confident in his experience. I know enough about plumbing to know when a good job is done and he did great. Would definitely recommend him. Also great warranties for the product just in case.

Joe Lynch did a great job with our basement drain. He is knowledgeable and explained everything to us when he finished. Roto Rooter has been our go-to plumber several times and has always responded in a timely manner.
