Very nice guy. He only charged me for 1 hr instead of 2 hrs. I was very happy about that. Had my pipes unfrozen in about 40 minutes. Would definitely have him back for anything else to be done

Everyone has been so great to work with. All of the guys who were assigned to our job were so nice, and caring and respectful. Even though the work needed was unexpected they were great about explaining payment options and helping is navigate the best options for our home. Any plumbing needs in the future we will definitely look to them for.

Once the estimate was accepted, he went about fixing the problem. The tech was excellent, professional and very knowledgeable. I am very glad I chose Rotor Rooter. Roto-Rooter will go so far beyond the call of duty…The Tech is a warrior!

After dealing with a loss of water due to multiple water main breaks in Brunswick, Ohio; upon restore while doing a load of laundry, water flooded out my laundry room and toilet wouldn’t flush. As a longtime customer of Gene’s Refrigeration I called (Saturday @ 3:00p.m.). Unbeknownst to me I was talking to AI. An emergency appt was set for 4-9pm. Again, no water, no flushing.
At 9:30pm - No Show. I called Gene’s, this is when I discovered I was talking to an AI system.

I called Roto-Rooter and the phone was answered by a real person!
Although it was going on 10:00pm; we were relieved that a Plumber could help us and he did!

Midnight, Our Technician John M. was knowledgeable, professional and no nonsense. We were truly lucky John arrived on the job. It was not an easy job since we had a major blockage due to roots in the pipes. Most Technician’s would have given up and said “that’s all I can do”. It was 2:00am; John completely cleared the line and, would not leave until everything was verified and draining well.

We were in a terrible situation. It was January 24th, the snow/ice storm was moving in. We couldn’t use water. To wait most of the day and into the night for a No Call/No Show from Gene’s Refrigeration. One call to Roto-Rooter and get a quality Technician as John? A new, forever Customer!

Thank you to the team deployed to repair a main water leak in my home, they were awesome in communicating the problem and had it diagnosed and repaired quickly. they were very knowledgeable and caring through the process. would highly recommend them. Thank you team Roto!!

I had an old sump pump that needed replaced and Joe was fantastic. He explained everything, showed me how everything works, and ensured the job was done right. Now I have peace of mind that my basement will continue to be protected and fine!

Chris came out and did an excellent job. Very nice guy. Very nice to my mom. He was able to joke around a little bit. And definitely did a good job and made us feel very comfortable. I had John M come out and replaced a plastic hot water line from the basement to the dishwasher that had broken, spewing water everywhere at 5am!!. Found their 24hr service. Called at 7am and he was here around 10:10. Called to let me know he was on his way, quoted a price before doing the work, polite professional, awesome plumbing experience. (he just made me feel he cared and put me at ease) Guess who is coming out to replace my dishwasher next week?!?! I scheduled him immediately. Highly recommend their services. Job well done!!

12/1/26 Had John back out and installed a new dish washer. Another great job. Reasonably priced and I got an additional $25 off with a coupon he left me the last time. Job well done!! I'd give a 10 star if I could!!

I needed a gas valve, about 3 inches of line, a line cap, a T, and a union replaced to get our heat turned back on. I explained that money was tight, but I was still quoted nearly $1,000 for about $60 worth of parts, plus almost $500 for a leak test just to verify the work.

Afterward, I called another company, and they only charge $50 for the leak test and $150 for the entire repair. There was nowhere near 10 feet of repairs needed—the plumber who actually fixed it used penetrating spray and removed the old parts easily.

*Update*
After speaking with the manager at Roto-Rooter, I was told they plan to adjust their leak-testing prices. They also assured me that the estimate I received represented the absolute worst-case scenario, and that the actual price could end up being lower.

I've using Red Hutchins Plumbing for years as our plumber. Reasonable pricing; wonderful and reliable service. First class people. You can't find better!!!!

Mr. Howell was an excellent representative for your company he explained all that was going to happened he was kind and courteous and very respectful this was my first encounter in using Red Hutchins Plumbing and if I do need any more plumbing problems solved it will be my first call. The entire experience from Tracy in the office to the field rep they all were just a great fix for my water woes.

Recently purchased a 20 year old house and we've needed some odds/ends plumbing updates. Each time these guys (especially Fred) have been here they're on-time, reasonably priced, friendly and clean! The best!!

Our water heater needed to be replaced and they came out same day. It was on the recent cold day with temps below 0. Fred was awesome! Would recommend and use them again.

I am a widow who moved into my home in Medina just 3 months ago. I noticed a very slow drip near the meter in my basement. I called Red Hutchinson plumbing and the came the same day. Upon learning the cost to replace the fitting, I decided to that I would need to wait awhile to replace it. The tech, named Lucas sealed the fitting and said it would hold temporarily. He reported my situation to the Hutchinson and they promptly worked out a payment plan for me. Lucas came back, relaxed the part, adjusted my pressure and now I won’t have to fret for months!
