Joseph and John stopped in within 24 hours of our initial call. These men were beyond respectful and transparent. We knew we made the right choice in choosing this company when I heard one of the men outside as our door was open say to themselves “saves them money saves us time”. That is not a standard most businesses have anymore. I’ll never hope for another plumbing issue but if we do have one we hope to see Joseph again specifically. Thank you roto-rooter for the efficient quality work we received today. (Only took 2 hours start to finish!)

Roto Rooter has served us well for over 30 years, clearing and replacing a sewer line and gutter drain on top of regular maintenance. The crews are very professional and experienced. Highly recommend.

I was very pleased with the work Tyler and Colin did replacing the new sinks over the cabinets in both my bathrooms. They had to do some fixing of the pipes and put in faucets. They did a super job! Joe showed up a few hours after we called. He was friendly, professional, and thorough. We are completely satisfied with Joe and Roto Rooter!

The technicians were knowledgeable and very understanding of financial issues. The mitigation specialist was upfront and was show us options if insurance claim was a path to take. They have scheduled the work to get our basic issue resolved and all we can do is go from there. Thanks in advance.
Final note: they finished the work in a timely fashion and verified that the work performed meet with our satisfaction. Also, let Joesph know that the spiders were more afraid of him and his skill than he may have expressed to my wife. He was a trooper for work he did in those confined spaces.

We had Camden down here to work on a blockage in our drain and he was absolutely amazing. He was very thorough with his work, explained step by step what he was doing, and was very very nice. I would 100% recommend not only Roto Rooter, but Camden specifically.

Snaking of bathtub drain resulted in water damage to kitchen ceiling, kitchen flooring and water in the basement. No action was taken to help me get the ceiling fixed.

Chris was a great technician. He explained things so we understood exactly what he was going to do and then again when they found out what was wrong. They were out here that same afternoon and finished up the next day. Thank you so much for the great service!

First kid showed up and had no clue what he was doing. Definitely not sober. Second guy pretended to work on the issue and then fed us some bull about it being how our pipes were put in. Ended up having to call someone else. It was a clog. Just like we tried to tell roto. They did not want to work in the cold and saw an easy day. 😒

Friday evening at 6:00pm Joe arrived on time ,after calling ahead to tell us he is on his way.
Joe used several pieces of equipment along with his considerable knowledge and experience to fix a very difficult clog in our double wide home .Even tho it took some time Joe was very cool ,no profanity or throwing things ,and got the job done.Joe left our home neat and clean and after dark to go to another call at 9:00 pm
I am recommending Roto Rooter to anyone with a nasty problem, they are good guys !

Had a back up in main line going to septic system. Needed septic pumped also. John was very professional and courteous. He took time to explain the problem and the solution. He helped arrange my septic pumping and timed it with his work of cleaning out the drains. Service was very timely. Would use his services again as well as Double Flush Septic services. John is also very funny! Highly recommend.

(Friday)Tech on site this morning was great.
He was not able to finish the work and called his supervisor. Now waiting on supervisor to arive this afternoon to assist in the drain clearing.
Friday evening supervisor called at 4:30pm to set up a time for Saturday. Agreed time was 11am. It is now 1:25 and no show or call. I did call the office at 11:15.

Technician was extremely polite,and conscience of of his work
Explained all points of what was going on before during and after his project.
We had water jet used on our main drain line .
Very satisfied and recommend their service highly
