Brittany took my call this morning and was ready to help! She was a pleasure to work with during a somewhat stressful time. We had a slight issue with our tankless water heater and within 10 minutes she let me know we would have someone at the house by the end of the day! Darrell arrived and within a few minutes, we have hot water again! Excellent work! Appreciate you all and would recommend without hesitation.

Both Scott and Darrel were knowledgeable, professional and friendly. The team went above and beyond to complete our job and even climbed into a tiny closet to install a valve at no extra cost. 10/10 recommend.

Daryl is terrific! He and Jeremy came out to diagnose the problem. They ordered the part. Daryl came out on Christmas Eve day and fix our shower. Very happy with him and we will have your company in our must call list for repairs.

They are first rate all the way. Super nice and helpful on the phone and great at the house. They are sometimes able to come out the same day. I highly recommend them!

Mark was kind friendly and professional. He replaced our sink, vanity and shut off valves. The process was seamless and the job was done smoothly and quickly. They got us in the schedule quick too.

The team was fantastic! Mark & Jack along with some help from Fred & Jeremy were professional, willing to answer any question that I had & worked long and hard to get the job done. This job took different turns than originally thought and the end results are great. I also feel that they are reasonably priced and I will highly recommend them to everyone.

Our kitchen sink was continually freezing up in the winter. I was really tired of it called red Hutchins. They came out just a few days later to look at the issue and give me a quote and then just a couple days after that I was able to call and schedule the whole process only took about a week. Fred, how was the plumber that came out? He was cute courteous respectful of my home respectful of me or quick and efficiently found an extra wrinkle in the problem. Let me know about it right away and gave me an idea of what the increase amount would be cleaned up after himself. I was very pleased.

Fred and Jeremy did a great job. They kept me informed on the work being done, a long with asking questions on pipe routing/installation. Looks great and my wife and I look forward to seeing them again once I finish what I need to complete. Thanks Fred and Jeremy.

Such a great company! We had a leaking pressure valve which meant no water or heat on a Saturday in the middle of a snowstorm. Tracy was so kind and worked to get a repair man over. Mark was professional, knew how to fix the problem right away and had us back up and running in a very short time. Prices are very reasonable, all around great service and company.

Fred did a great job of being responsive, and investigative in terms of the floor heating system. Although it was a lot of money, he helped us make what is hopefully a good decisions. He and his partner worked late to get the job done for us and that is appreciated. I will have to test it all out today, but I am sure it will be good to go.

Fred Howard was a fantastic, professional and thorough plumber. He was cordial to my buyer and to me. Upon arriving at the home, he was able to determine the best way to take photo shots of the sewer line, which meant he would have to take the toilet out in the first floor half bath on the main floor of the home. Fred started & finished the procedure with no mishaps to the seller’s toilet or home. He wore footies to keep the house clean. He educated the buyer as to what she was seeing on the computer screen. Everything from start to finish was fantastic! Scott, you have an amazing crew! Everyone from the first message we left to the very end was top notch! We certainly had some challenges to overcome due to some wonky plumbing in the past! We added a couple of services to the original quote which they easily accommodated. We can not thank you enough!! I needed a gas line installed, from my meter, to my outside kitchen, with a grill and pizza oven. From my 1st contact, with Scott, who was quick to respond and let me know that I would be contacted by Brittany, to schedule an estimate, I knew I got the right people! Scott, who came, to my home, to give me an estimate was thorough, pleasant, and reassuring. A date was scheduled, which they patiently waited, for me to build the kitchen and have granite installed. Derrick and Jeremy arrived, on site, and were so very pleasant, hard working, and able and happy to answer all my questions and to allay any concerns, which I might have had!
