I would give a zero if I could. I have never received such unprofessional and overpriced service in all my life. First, they never showed for the original appointment day. Didn't tell me until 5 minutes before the window was over that they weren't going to come out and rescheduled me for tomorrow. The next day, they called me 5 minutes after my window to tell me that they were 40 minutes away. I had a really simple issue that I knew wouldn't take more than 40 minutes to fix. They quoted me $700!!! I told them no. He negotiated down to $450 which I still wasn't happy about. It should have been less than $300. Then he didn't even have the parts to do it! Your telling me you don't have 3ft of copper piping and a valve in your van and trailer??? So he has to leave and get the 2 parts he needed. Comes back and like I said, it only took him maybe 20 minutes to do the job. I will NEVER CALL THESE PEOPLE AGAIN. I DON'T CARE IF MY HOUSE IS FLOODING. NEVER AGAIN.

On top of all that, I had asked for any sort of an idea of what the price was going to be over the phone. They refused to give me one. Then when I got my quote, he refused to give me an itemized bill!

From the very first message to the final touches on the job, they were prompt, friendly, and so easy to communicate with. We were lucky to work with Conner, Bob, and Brandon—they're such wonderful gentlemen! Highly recommend!

Connor came out and he was great!! I got stuck in traffic trying to make my way home to meet him and he was so kind and understanding. Friendly, prompt and gave me a few options on what I could do to resolve my issue. He was very respectful of my home and cleaned up after! My first experience with 911 was awesome!! Will recommend to anyone with plumbing needs.

Plumbing 911 is a wonderful company. They are polite and respectful. They send texts, with a picture, letting you know who is coming, with a little information about them. They arrived promptly when they said they would and explained what they needed to do. The pricing is fairly priced and budget friendly. They work fast and efficiently. Brandon completed my work and I would gladly have him come back to work on my next plumbing project.

Our experience with plumbing 911 was a good experience. They were out very quickly and I received details about our service person that would be coming prior to him calling me to let me know he was on his way. Zach was our plumber that arrived, he was very kind and polite. He took care of our issues in no time. I would definitely use then again. I high recommend them! I would definitely ask for Zach again!

Amazing job! Fair pricing! Didn't try to over sell on things not needed like most of the plumbers I've dealt with have done. He listened to my concerns and addressed them. Very punctual and respectful! And he got the work done quickly!

Connor was on time, a gentleman, got right to the job. Did it quickly. Happy it wasn't more serious than it was. He checked it 3 times to be assured the challenge was taken care of. Connor was in and out and handled the job quickly and efficiently. I would definitely contact 911 plumbing again if needed. Also the receptionist on phone in scheduling was quite efficient, patient and accommodating. Got 5 Stars from me.

Matt and Jeff were both fantastic from Ben Franklin!! Jeff did the initial estimate and was realistic and informative. Matt did the install of a new hot water tank and was fast efficient and his cleanup was amazing. Matt was even good with an older dog being in the home. I will continue to use this company and will highly recommend them!!

The worker that helped me was Mike and he is always very helpful. Going over and beyond to help. You can tell that he’s very knowledgeable in his field and he knows what he’s talking about.

I don’t like the way scheduling an appt is handled. I prefer to talk to a real person not a robot . Then a few days before my appt , you called but didn’t leave a message . I called back , and again it was a robot who couldn’t answer my question so I didn’t know If you were canceling my appt or not . Then the plumber was here for 8 hrs and nothing was fixed so another plumber was sent out an hour later . That is a ridiculously long time to fix a kitchen sink that won’t drain .

Had such a great experience with the plumber, Mike, who promptly fixed our leak and went above and beyond to shovel our driveway after the big snow storm. Top notch service!
