I highly recommend Plumbing 911 Inc. My basement was flooding, they came out right away. They determined my sump drain was clogged. They gave me several options to unclog it. I chose to have them jet out the drain. Jeff Walkemeyer and his assistant went above and beyond to unclog the drain. Jeff was professional, courteous, and very knowledgeable. I will definitely use them again. Hopefully I won't need them again lol.

Josh Maxon was a very honest technician. He tried to analyze my water heater problem initially by draining my unit. When he showed me the content it was questionable if the initial problem would be solved. He shared his next thought, new water heater. Again, he explained the cost in detail.Thank you

We found out our sump pump was broken and needed replaced. Scheduled an appointment with Plumbing 911 for the next day. They installed a new pump system the same day! They were so fast and so nice. The price was reasonable as well!

I needed a replacement for my old, leaky main shutoff valve, and it was easy to coordinate with them despite having to have the city come and turn off the water while having the water meter replaced. Jeff got the valve changed despite being a tight location, and all worked well when the city came to turn the water back on. Well worth the expense, and I highly recommend!

Zack came to fix a leak, put in 2 faucets. He did an awesome job. Didn't take very long to do either. Very knowledgeable and very efficient. Thank you Zack for helping us out

Nick was very helpful he gave me some A few options I have been in the house close to 40 years in the kitchen. Drain has always given me problems so I chose Hydro jetting. It cost a little bit more but when I seen what was coming out When they we're Flushing it I No, it was the right choice. I do not believe that I have any more problems. They definitely were efficient and just a job in a timely manner and cleaned up the mess. I would recommend them to anyone. That has a plumbing problem thanks, Nick for a great job

Brandon Becker replaced my water heater after first trying to repair an intake leak that had corroded the fitting. He went above and beyond to help me. I am tethered to an oxygen machine and had to trust to his integrity concerning replacing my old water heater. He did it the same day and soon I had hot water. I called this morning around 10, and Zach arrived 15 min ahead of the time slot I was given.He gave me a straightforward estimate, and in less than 20 minutes, my tub was unclogged. He was friendly and professional. I would definitely call them again for any future plumbing needs!

Josh replace the main water shutoff valve to our home after the original 35 year old valve stem broke off. He was very professional, knowledgeable, quick and courteous.
