Both Jeff and Mike were super friendly and extremely experienced. They came in and unhooked the old hot water tank and installed the new one in no time. They made sure it was working and cleaned up before they left. I would recommend Benjamin Franklin plumbing to anybody and everybody

They charge anywhere from $350.00 plus an hour, more if they have 2 technicians. I paid $3,500.00 for a repair on a water hydrant leak in my barn. They had to come out 5 times before the problem was even solved. I wish I would have asked a lot more questions before I hired them. Obviously, I will never use them again or recommend them to anyone.
UPDATE.. to my concerns and situation dealing with this company. I was FINALLY able to find ONE person who was professional and kind enough to research my entire experience from start to finish. Then he personally called me to discuss it. All I will say is "ask to leave a message with JAKE if you have any questionable matters of concern ". This man listened to every one of my concerns and anxieties that I had to deal with for 3 months . Jake is the ONLY one I would discuss problems with.. he really cares.
It has been resolved, ONLY because of Jake..

Arthur was knowledgeable of the main drain issue we were having. He was very efficient with his assessment and completion. His willingness to listen to our concerns and explain the resolution was greatly appreciated.

Extremely professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He called before the appointment time to let me know he was on his way. Addressed the issue with care and talked about future plans for other plumbing needs. He came out on a Saturday which was such a huge help for me. 5 stars

Our technician Mike was super helpful and knowledgeable. He offered information and options on our repairs and discussed his suggestions with us. He was as fast as he could be w multiple issues but did a great job. 10/10 we recommend.

I had a clog in my kitchen drain in the middle of a snow storm. Nick came out the next day to clear it! Not even a week later, I seemed to be having the same issue. Arthur came out and did as Nick did and Snaked the drain. This time, the ice was too think, so we cut open some drywall and directed a heater, which unfroze the blockage. I highly recommend Benjamin Franklin! They are responsive, fast and proffessional! They also had same day appointments available which was amazing since my kitchen sink gets used alot! Thank you to both Nick and Arthur!

Where to even start with my house going in the market the next day and bad luck with a bad hot water tank have a lot of company’s a call I gave them a call they said they could be out in the morning which was better than everyone else they called me back 15 minutes later to inform me the technician MIKE was willing to come out mind you it’s after 6pm at this time MIKE called me personally we came up with a plan and he brought everything he needed to put in a brand new hot water tank can’t thank MIKE and the lady who answered the call and felt my worry about this situation and made this happen in time for my home to go in the market. Thank you make sure you guys keep MIKE great guy very knowledgeable friendly over all great guy.

The staff are incredibly kind and helpful. The workers are punctual, knowledgeable, and respectful. Never had a problem with their services and the prices are competitive. They don't try to fleece you with things you don't need. 5/5 Would recommend.

They had awesome customer service. When our sewer backed up in the basement, they helped me over the phone on the evening of the 30th and I had someone there early the morning of the 31st. Scheduling was painless and easy. The workers were nice, honest, and personable and worked quickly while being respectful of my family and home. Mike was super kind and great with both my toddler and my puppy who both were so interested in what they were doing! Thank you for making an unpleasant event a pleasant experience!

I was having issues with my drains and had them snaked. Mike was the plumber that came to service them. He was very professional and did a great job. He was like some zen master that was able to the work by sound and feel...and my cat absolutely loved him. Highly recommended!

Scheduling was easy. I appreciated the text updates and confirmation options. The staff member on the phone was kind and attentive to my potential needs/concerns. The tech, Mike Palmeri, was personable and knowledgeable. He was great with the dogs and answered my young son’s million questions while working on the drain. The clog in my kitchen sink was fixed and we are grateful!

Nick was a very curious tech that listened to details that helped figure out the problem. His technical hand work was very meticulous and he got us back up to working order very quickly.
The Ben Franklin company seemed very focused on getting us the right help quickly as well.
