Awful service, it took 3 times of getting them to come out and correct an issue. They were very unresponsive and unaccomadating to customer service and technical needs.

They sent a guy out here and said my circuit board was broken, got another opinion and finds out one switch was shut off that shouldn't have been. Sampsels almost made me pay to get a new circuit board that wasn't even broken... now they are made when i question them about it and claim to put a lien on my house haha.

After using 2 other companies at my home in medina in past 2 years I called Sampsel to Install a hot water tank and gas line to my furnace, hot water tank and stove. I read the reviews and wondered how I didnt call them first. Keith and Ryan knocked it out of the park. They were very prompt it took just days from the time I called to the time of install. They did a very neat and professional job and went out of their way to answer other questions in had about plumbing in my house. I would definitely reccomend using them!

Has an appointment on Wednesday which they didn’t make. Called them on Thursday and said they got busy with other calls. I asked what happened to my appointment and not a lot of explanations but never showed on Thursday as well. At one point secretary said techs weren’t calling back so not sure if can make it and they are concerned may need to order parts. It was a pool heater but how does anyone know if you don’t show up to check it out. Shared with some neighbors and said had similar experience in responsiveness. Small company that overbooks and can’t keep up. 2 crews overall and I live less than 5 miles away. I drove by the one day at 4 and both trucks were back but nobody would come check my heater out. Would not recommend.
