Ryan is awesome. He came to our home after hours, acted like it was no big deal took care of our problem. Ryan also came back to finish the problem.

Sampsel plumbing come and fixed my lines to washer so I don't have to shut my water off at watermain anymore when dealing with washer he was very polite knew actually what to do and very much on time and very neat I will recommend this company to everyone thank you so much Sampsel very happy

Our hot water tank went and so we quoted a couple different companies to come out to replace it, Sampsel was the way to go, they did and amazing job the price was $425.00 cheaper than the other place, they were quick to schedule and on time. Also the women we spoke to a few times on the phone were so nice and friendly and were very helpful. To ALL of you THANK YOU

The guys doing install on our new heating and air conditioning did an exceptional and professional job. They were on time every day, estimated time it would take and were spot on. They cleaned everything up before they left and we had absolutely no further clean up or trash. Pricing was exceptionally fair for the amount of work that was involved. Highly recommend Sampsel!

Contacted Sampsel Plumbing, Heating and AC to repair our back flow for our sprinkler system. However, they did not show on our scheduled repair day, instead advised that they "were in the area" at an earlier time and checked the system. They went on to state that they needed to order a new part and that they would return the following week on Monday to make the repairs. 2 weeks later we still had NO communication with them and finally we called a real professional company to complete the work. That company came out 3 days later and fixed everything THAT day! No new part needed, and nothing ordered.
The kicker is the fact that Sampsel is still charging their $90 service fee to us for doing NOTHING. Literally, they can't even prove they stopped by. When I contacted them I advised them that the back flow was cracked (it was very noticeable). So they already knew what needed to be done.
Plain and simple find a different company. Save yourself the hassle of dealing with a company over charging and failing to follow through.

Additional (due to Sampsel's rude response) - It's good to see that in your response your customer service is still rude and shoddy at best. I'm also happy that you brought up that it was "irreparable" as this just shows how poorly you do your diagnostics for customers. The actual PROFESSIONALS that fixed the system only had to change out a valve, NOT the entire back flow as your technician said was "irreparable".
Quit selling your company as a hometown hero and start advising your customers that you are out there CHARGING for things that don't need repaired.
I have no issue paying diagnostic fees or service call fees if the work is actually done properly. But just advising that the whole system needs replaced when it DOESN'T, just screams UNPROFESSIONAL and GREED.

Had a furnace issue during a bad cold snap. At first, we weren’t able to get in the same day since will still had heat and they needed to take care of customers without heat. Our issue really wasn’t urgent. However, one of the crews finished up early at another job so they ended up being able to get to us the same day! Really appreciate that they went above and beyond, plus Bill and Kyle were kind and knowledgeable.

I called Sampsel for a non-emergency service. Kyle came out after he finished another job within the hour I called. He was very friendly and professional. He worked quickly to fix everything I needed and I'm happy with the work. I was expecting the cost to be more but it was a fair price. 5/5

It was more complicated than usual due to another contractor’s misaligned original installation and Bob and Jack were very conscientious in getting the repair done correctly!

Absolute A+ of a company. We had a hot water tank go out and we were in desperate need of immediate service and before I knew it they were in my basement installing a new one and out the door.
