Lucas did a great job on my central air system and dehumidifier. He was familiar with my Ecobee Smart Thermostat and this made me confident that he would do a good job. He explained what he had done and checked the system prior to leaving.

The Newair crew did a superb job replacing our heat pump that failed right after moving into our new home. Very thankful they were able to schedule a replacement before the cold weather hit hard! The system required some custom fitting with the original ducts, but they took it in stride to get us a warm home in a very reasonable amount of time.

Lucas arrived on time and did a great job installing a hard start kit on my a/c unit and a complete service of the system.

I requested a quoate on a Complete HVAC unit. Randall shwed up on time. That was the only positive experience. His greeting. Mike, I'm Randll you want to replace your HVAC. He looked at the furnace too some pictures then look at the AC unit outside. Said we sell Goodman. I'll send you a quoat. got in his truck and drove away. He was here no longer than 10 mins. Had the personallity of a dead person. Does Newair have that much business to blowoff customer. He needs to be retrained in cCustomer Service.

As a Local Remodeling and painting contractor in Mentor we like using local Qualified subcontractors as HVAC.

Newair Technologies installed a new air conditioning, furnace and a thermostat unit. We have been a customer of theirs for a few years and I’m very happy with their professional service. Our air conditioner went out during this summer in which the temperatures were in the 90’s and they fit us in their busy schedule. I would not hire any other company to do this job than Newair Technologies. Thank you!
