The most professional and helpful company I have ever dealt with. Billie was so knowable and friendly. He gave me options and explained the problem very patiently. This company went out of their way to see if the part was under warranty before they installed it. In a world of very untrustworthy business practices, Anderson is top notch. I would recommend them to everyone. A+

JR did an excellent job with plumbing repairs needed at our house. We was so kind, knowledgeable, and efficient! He took the time to explain and teach my husband a bit about plumbing as well!

Electrician JP Mastrangelo, was efficient and friendly, finished in a timely manner. Reasonable pricing. Considerate of shoes in the house. I would recommend this service. I would also like to add the lady who took the call was also very friendly and had us in rotation on the schedule in no time. They have came back and done a cleaning for us a few times and i would call them again!

First - The quality of the work by the various technicians is top-notch. I have worked with their plumbing and electrical teams so far and their workers are wonderful, including really easy to talk to. I only have positive things to say about how great they are.

Next - The only issue I have is with the Anderson Scheduling Group. I had ordered much work to be performed which would need multiple days to complete. Unfortunately the technician was pulled away from my home in the middle of the day for standard non-emergency work elsewhere ON TWO SEPARATE DAYS even though my project work was not yet complete. As a paying customer this is ABSOLUTELY NOT how you treat your customers and not how you get our repeat business. As a project manager myself I found this honestly very infuriating & insulting as this is not how you do business. This also caused my project work to take additional days, and Anderson did not credit me for the trip charges for those additional days. None of this, FYI, is the technician's fault - not at all. He was just doing his job and stuck in the middle of what Anderson's Schedulers were telling him to do. This, folks, is bad business. This really needs to be worked on.

We had a pipe that burst and was scrambling to find someone fast. Called Anderson and without issue they got me on the schedule same day. Then as it worked out, they were able to get to my house within the hour. The young man Ty was very professional. He got to work right away, had to leave for supplies but with in a couple hrs it was fixed. Thank you to Anderson and Ty!! Highly recommend.

DeAndre W. came to our house for a yearly maintenance check on our ACs and Furnaces. He took his time and did an excellent job. He was trustworthy in our home. He was also respectful to our house by using shoe covers without being asked and showing care towards our dogs (curious Pomeranians). He was thorough and provided us with reports of his testing. I'll attach a few of them. Don't ask me what the numbers mean but they could be helpful if something does go wrong. I highly recommend DeAndre. We will request him for next year's checkup.

Excellent work. Your workers are friendly and act like family. They are super considerate. I had two HVAC and one plumbing in the past month. The 4 men were terrific. It was fun they explained very thoroughly what they were doing. I could understand completely what they said and showed with pictures when necessary. They were so careful of my floors. Beyond necessary. I had toilet, chimney and pipes from furnace repaired. Everything is working now.

Technician came to my house to provide a quote to upgrade my current HVAC system. I have several complaints, including quality of service, inappropriate interactions, and piss-poor sales tactics.

The technician inquired about personal information incessantly, and repeatedly asked to "call your husband so that we we can sign the paperwork while I am out". Each time, I reminded him I am looking for quote only at this time. He became pushier each time I declined to sign a contract same day.

The technician injured my dog. The technician admitted multiple times "he loves dogs" and "I love to pet them when I go into homes". I had asked him not to approach the dog resting on the bed/couch and not pet him, as the dog is old and fragile and has joint pain. The technician proceeded to pet my dog hard, and aggressively, using heavy force. My dog yelped, snapped at the technician, and has had a limp since.

The technician over heavily over quoted a system for my house. When I inquired about adding ducting to improve air flow to one specific portion of the house, he did not even attempt to consider and did not provide information about the possibility. Just no follow-up. I was quoted for a 2 ton system for a 1100 square foot house. When I inquired about a smaller system that would be more suitable for my square footage, the technician returned to asking to "call my husband so we get this paperwork signed" and answered no questions about technical specs of the system he recommended. (The system was twice as large as three other quotes/recommendations I have received). After asking the man to leave SIX TIMES, he finally left. I nearly called the police.

I called Anderson following this interaction to report the issues I had with the technician, particularly using his large size to try to intimidate me (a small framed woman) into a sale, and the injury to my dog after requesting he leave my dog alone, and I never received a call back.

Do not use Anderson - the sales technician was an absolute nightmare, disrespectful, and management did not return my call with concerns about the technician and inquiring about a second (more accurate) quote.

Patrick was the first experience with Anderson because I booked online! Patrick was professional, kind, knowledgeable and patient. He was respectful of our home and that meant a lot to us. After my experience with Patrick we decided to call Anderson for any of our heating and cooling needs!! Anderson Company Patrick is an excellent respresentative for your business!! Keep him because it’s hard to find people that love their job and treat others with kindness!!

What a fantastic company. Brian from HVAC came out and did a complete inspection on my furnace. He is so knowledgeable and informative. He checked every part on the furnace, did a great cleaning, and checked for any leaks or emissions that can be harmful to deadly. What a great technician. Feel 100 % safe after Brian finished his inspections. I would recommend Anderson immediately to anyone with major appliance issues. Fantastic guy.!!!!! Great company….!!!!!!

JP came on-site on time and ready to look over my issue. I have 2 furnaces. One on the first floor and another in my attic. He quickly corrected my first floor furnace. Because I just signed with a service agreement on both, he also serviced them as well. The AC units will be serviced in April. JP was excellent, and super knowledgeable. Thanks JP for a job well done!

My Mom used Anderson a long time ago, I recognized the name right away!!! Good quality people with lots of experience as not many places service boilers these days!!! Knowledgeable personnel with great attitudes and talked to me as someone who knew nothing about the system but made me understand!!! I truly would recommend Anderson to all of my family and friends!!!

Anderson HVAC company provides a very efficient solution, communication is very relevant. I highly recommend this company. Employees have acknowledge to address the problem quickly. Cody arrived first thing in the morning and he was polite and addressed me by my name and explained who he was. I took Cody downstairs and he began to work immediately. Cody began bringing in his tools.
Cody is a young man and I was impressed by his knowledges and his professionalism.I’m sorry, I forgot the name of the other gentleman who came to assist him with the installation of the furnace.. Cody explain the new Carrier furnace and how to operate the new thermostat.
I loved it because there was no surprises with this installation. What was quoted is what we paid. It was all up and up. We really appreciated the honesty.
It was a great experience. They put tarps down on the hardwood floors. they put tarps down on the wooden floors upstairs they wore booties on their shoes,
Anderson did a great job.They have wonderful employees from the receptionists, to their service people, to the people who come and give honest estimates. If you need a new furnace and/ or air-conditioning or service you Definitely should go through Anderson Heating and Cooing. A honest company you can trust!
