Installed a humidifier at my house. Price was as expected, went from calling for a quote to installation within two days. Our technician, Garrett, was considerate of the fact that ductwork is often noisy and even tried to work around a sleeping child at our house. Great work all around!

Ben S. (Mentor HQ)was an absolute pleasure of a person, first off! What a great demeanor! His knowledge with the furnace and his ability to navigate the trouble shooting immediately showed he knew what he was doing and showed pride in his craft. He was able to diagnose the issue with in very short time from opening the furnace and from my explanation of issue. Ben quickly found the culprit but unfortunately the item was not on his truck. He thought the shop may have the component but to our dismay, that was no luck as well. Ben returned to my home and offered to order the part for us and gave us an approximate timeframe for complete repair. We were not in total desperation do too our home having two units!
I hope not to have another issue anytime soon .. but if it's possible I will be requesting this guy any day of the week!

Our furnace went out at 8pm on the coldest day of the year. The windchill was -19. Anderson Heating and Cooling came out the next day at 12:45. Deandre found the problem really fast. He had to drive to get the part that was needed. He got back and changed the part and we were back with a warm house with in short time! Deandre was very nice and professional. He knew what he was doing and made it all so easy. Thanks DeAndre and Anderson!

Harrison DeGree was absolutely amazing! This was a yearly furnace check-up, and he explained everything as if he were a doctor explaining a procedure to a patient. He has a fantastic disposition and was fun to talk with. He answered all of my questions. An amazing human. Thank you, Harrison!

I had a new furnace installed. Karl S. and Kledi J. were terrific! From start to finish they were professional and friendly. The install was not an easy one. My furnace is in a tight spot and they had to remove a door to gain easier access. They did this without blinking an eye! They did a great job cleaning up after words. I think they left the area cleaner than when they got here. A quick shout out to Patrick who came out to give me my estimate. He was also professional and answered all of my questions. I now have peace of mind going into the winter months. Thank you for the great service!

We had a tech come out to inspect and tune our heater. Harrison was excellent. He was very courteous, worked efficiently and explained everything in great detail. I would absolutely recommend using Anderson HVAC for any of your HVAC needs.

Damian saved the day!! He came and helped us even though it was late at night and he was so knowledgeable and so quick he really made us feel comfortable and he did amazing work 10/10!! We thought we burst a pipe, but it was actually just a cracked part in our dishwasher and he fixed it immediately with a smile on his face even though it was late at night. Can’t say thank you enough.

They fit me in the next day. Gave me a clear estimate. Came to install the next day. Texted when they were headed to my house. They were personable, professional, respectful. The job they did looks amazing. I will 100% use their services again.

Ramel was very courteous and polite. He saw the problem and immediately got to work. He knew what he had to do and was completed in a couple of hours. He explained what he was doing and didn't mind me looking over his shoulder or asking questions. For any future plumbing needs, I would definitely call him again.

I called because of our furnace and wasnt sure if it was running properly. Dustin came out and went straight to it and explained everything to me as he was doing it. Had a wonderful attitude and overall a great person. He had checked everything to make sure it was running as efficiently as possible and gave us the peace of mind. Would recommend

Billy P. was great and so personable and helpful. He fixed our minor issue and discussed how the system worked. He listened to my concerns and put me at ease. What a nice, considerate and polite person he is! We have been customers of Anderson HVAC for decades and would not even consider changing. We love their quick responses and dedication. They also service another family member's household and we both highly recommend them.

We had two heaters go out during the extreme frigid weather charting -21 degrees. I contacted Anderson HVAC. We found them via Angi’s list. Patrick the technician came out that same evening and Patrick was able to troubleshoot and repair both of the dtysfunctioning units. He was professional, kind, friendly, and knowledgeable. We appreciate the service he provided!

Had them come out and take a look at heat pump system which was not working at all. Billy was awesome and showed and explained what I was looking at and why it wasnt working. They had a sales guy dispatched before they left. Nice & easy to get someone out.

Dustin arrived promptly, was kind and considerate, got straight to work and quickly diagnosed and resolved the issues. He had my furnace up and running and he also programmed the thermostat and replaced the cover panel with new filters I provided. Excellent job all around and he is a nice person with whom enjoyed talking. Well done! The entire Anderson team is great people and service!

Damian helped us out tremendously! So many plumbing issues with the new house we bought and he fixed everything. He kept us in the loop as to what the next steps were. This was my first time ever having major issues and I'm so glad I called Anderson's to resolve the issue because I know it was done right!

Updated 6/19:

Within a week of the kitchen line being "fixed" I've noticed water seeping into my air duct closest to where the outside project was conducted. Today the kitchen line backed up and flooded the cabinets. I don't know what was fixed but it wasn't fixed all the way.

Updated 8/7:

The repairs, I believe are totally fixed now. Back in June, there was a minor project done to our kitchen water line in the hopes that it would be fixed that way. After realizing that I was still having problems after that, Andersons came back out and determined that my entire kitchen water line was shot. Because my house is built on a slab, they had to excavate around the side of my house and in the front to install a new 4 inch water line. Before I had an old 1.5 inch cast iron water line. They cut away several feet of the main water line because of extensive roots causing blockage (for no extra charge!). All new water line for the kitchen, I'm very happy with the results. I was a little annoyed with how many visits it took to totally complete the project but there was a lot of issues. Thank you David and all of the other plumbers that we've had over our house!

After we discovered that our hot water heater was leaking at 6:30 pm last night, we immediately called Anderson. I was expecting to leave a voicemail message since it was after business hours. I was surprised that a very courteous woman answered my call. She took my information and scheduled an appointment for the following morning.

Ty and Ryan called promptly at 8:20 am to tell us they were on their way. They assessed our situation and left to get our new water heater. By 10:30 am the new equipment was installed, the old water heater was hauled out and everything was cleaned up and tested. They were awesome! Very friendly, courteous and professional.

We were pleasantly surprised by such prompt service considering that we are in the middle of a long cold spell and HVAC and plumbing techs are extremely busy.

Cody was extremely knowledgeable and professional. I originally requested a 97%‑efficiency furnace, but before removing my old unit, he took precise measurements and showed me that a 97% model wouldn’t fit because the ceiling height was too low. I really appreciated his attention to detail!

He installed a different furnace that was the right fit for my home, along with an air purifier (no filter‑changing hassle!) and a power surge protector. Later, I received an email from the furnace manufacturer asking me to register the unit—and it mentioned that the support is valid until 2065. That’s 40 years of coverage!

I highly recommend Anderson HVAC, and definitely ask for Cody. He’s the best.

Anderson Heating And Cooling installed a whole home generator for me. Their pricing was fair. Their service was exceptional. I wouldn’t hesitate to do business with them again. Loved that both electrical and natural gas plumbing were handled in house. Thanks Jim and team!

I can’t say enough about Billy. I had major issue with service I received the day prior from Anderson. They sent a different technician that wasn’t the one that I normally use. Billy has always serviced my boiler. I was in a state of panic, had water leaking, heat loss, etc. To make matters worse, it was happening right in the midst of the coldest part of winter this year so far. The company was very understanding and professional in dealing with my grievances, and, by happenstance, Billy was on during the weekend, and they sent him over. He diagnosed the problem almost immediately, and fixed it. It renewed my faith in the company, and I am just so glad that Billy is a part of that team because the two prior owners of my house have also used Anderson, solely, during their time living here. I was loath to think that I would have to find a new heating company to service my heater, after trusting Anderson for so long. I am truly grateful Billy was the person they sent out the first time I contacted them. He is so friendly, fun to chat with, and I truly consider him a friendly acquaintance. Not only that, but his knowledge and skill for working on these types of heaters is truly remarkable.
