We found a very trustworthy with telling you what your pool may need him it was if you have them test the water they don't try to oversell you like many places do

Absolutely horrible customer service on the phone. Made us a feel as if we were a bother to them when we were trying to potentially spend thousands of dollars in replacements and repairs with them.

Needed a part that they had. Worker didnt want to sell it to me when i told her it wasn't for a pool and made me sign something stating she told me not to use it..? Weird. She interrupts and comes off as rude. If you dont mind that kind of energy, then this is your place.

I have them close my pool every year and they do a great job. I am very happy with them

We used Eastern to install a new Pool Heater for us on our existing Inground pool. We inherited the pool via sale of the home so finding help has been difficult. Anyone with a pool probably knows how difficult it can be working with the pool industry right now as they are super busy and stretched to the max. Eastern came on time and performed the work to expectations. They communicated well during the process as well which cannot be overstated when working with contractors in this current economic climate. The heater works great and they even got us in earlier than expected.

Eastern pools painted our cement bottom pool and helped get us on track. The pool was a disaster with leaks everywhere. The previous owner had 'fixed' a lot of things himself and it was a complete mess. Eastern pools had wonderful people to work with and we're very helpful answering the long list of questions I had

The lady with the eye classes and curly hair was very rude and was not very nice and she told me my swimming pool was two small and it’s 1,185 gal to put anything in my water and would not even test my water to tell me what I need to put in my water. The other customer couldn’t believe how she was talking to me and she even apologized for her. I couldn’t believe how she was acting I miss the old guy.

I bought a pool heater (Praxair)from them and when I got it home and opened the box I found that the top cover (plastic) was cracked. I had to exchange the unit but it was quick and painless. I was also very impressed with their inventory.

Quoted me $200-$250 for 1.5 hours of time and materials. It ended up 1 hour and 5 minutes. Then they nail me for $363!!!! Called Keith on the phone, and he made nothing but excuses. WARNING, beware of this company and their price gouging tactics!!!! Never ever will I do business with them again and everyone in my neighborhood will be advised.

This is the most honest business I've seen in a long time. We had a brand new heater that we could not get to work. Rather than come out and charge us they suggested we contact the manufacturer since it should be covered under warranty which it was.

I went in there for a cheap tiny part for a heater I bought at another store.....and they were still friendly and willing to look up and find it. Will definitely be back

Great assistance and patience for a novice first year pool owner. Very helpful in explaining how to add chemicals etc. Could you find something on Amazon for $1 less probably, but I would gladly go here instead as I get the item I need instantly and I get solid correct information instead if reading about it online. Great store, very well priced and very helpful. Can't ask for much more; I highly recommend them !

On the drive over to the store my wife and I laughed at the reviews describing the rudeness of the older lady with glasses. We are pretty optimistic people and typically take reviews such as those with a grain of salt. BUT BOY WERE WE WRONG. We were greeted with blank stares, sarcastic answers and a genuine unwillingness to help. If you know exactly what you need this place probably works for you, if you need help or are new to pools drive the extra five minutes to literally anywhere else. I would rather have a green pool for a couple days then give them another cent.

Called them to winterize our ingound pool. They came out a day earlier than scheduled, which would have been a problem, had they let us know that. Ultimately, we decided to do it on our own, because of the appointment being 3 days out and we were expecting a big freeze. The guys that came out were extremely helpful and even gave us some tips. The receptionist, however, was the most rude and condescending person that I have ever dealt with, at a family owned company! Sadly, she, and she alone, is the reason for this poor review. The sad part is that we had planned to winterize our pool last weekend, and weren't able to because we had a death in our family. To be treated like that in our time of grief, sealed the deal on them losing a customer!

Today was the first time I used Eastern Pools and I couldn't be happier. The company is wonderful to deal with on the phone, friendly, polite and efficient. Keith came to my house to repair my pool equipment, and he was very knowledgeable and thorough and took the time to explain to me about the pool. Highly recommend their services.

I went here because my daughter ask me to go and see if these guys could help her she had been trying for a couple of weeks to get her pool cleared up because the water was very cloudy and the things she was being told to do by another vendor weren't helping. These folks were extremely knowledgeable and helpful,the gentleman knew exactly what I needed and did not try to oversell me or sell me anything I did not need. We followed his instructions and used the products he recommended and in a couple of days the issue was completely resolved. I will use them from now on, as I said very knowledgeable as well as professional and helpful they know their job! Thank you well done👍

Excellent family owned company. Great family values, works hard for their customers, and they go above & beyond when they are able to.
They have been around for 60 years and it shows why they are still open. The owners are good honest people and the workers do their very best. I commend their hard work and appreciate all they do to help. Absolutely the BEST pool company in Ohio.
