Reviews of local pros in Norton, Ohio

Thank you Veterans Carpet & Tile Cleaning! Always making sure my carpet is left spotless and beautiful!

Veterans Carpet Cleaning cleaned our home twice this year and both times we have been very pleased with the results and follow up on the services. Having four dogs and eight children in our home, we previously had to bring a carpet cleaning service in every 4-6 weeks to manage tracked dirt and dog odor. After our first cleaning with Veterans in March 2018, we didn’t require another cleaning until October! A quality cleaning every time. I highly recommend Veterans Carpet Cleaning.

Excellent service! Mike and his crew were on time and worked quickly to get our carpets cleaned. The carpet looked and smelled great afterwards and we were very happy with the finished result. They were very professional throughout the entire process and I would definitely recommend them!

I can’t recommend Veterans enough. When my rug was ready for pickup I shared that I had surgery and was unable to pick it up till the following week. They promptly offered to drop the rug off at my house free of charge. The rug looks brand new. It’s a great company with great employees.

Had veterans carpet & tile cleaning out to clean two sets of stairs our basement and bedroom. They did a amazing job like they always . Tyler and Donny were both friendly and professional.

I can’t say enough good things about Veterans. We’ve used them twice now: once for a whole-house carpet cleaning and once for the carpet in our vehicle. Mike and his team are friendly, knowledgeable, efficient, honest and will try everything under the sun to get the job done to your satisfaction. Plus, our carpets have never looked better. Hire them!!

I've used Veterans Carpet Cleaning for years now Mike (the owner) really knows how to clean and teaches his cleaning crew to follow his example. This year we got a new puppy (sigh) and it took several return trips from Veterans Carpet to keep up with the puppy accidents but everything came out great and all the carpet has recovered. (The puppy is now fully housebroken too)

We recently had Veterans come to clean our carpet thru the house, as we had pet odor and stains. Very pleased with their timeliness, service and clarity throughout the process. Carpets turned out great, looking and smelling much better than before, and was done all inside 2 hours. Very good experience and recommend them to anyone in the Akron and surrounding areas.

They did a wonderful job. My carpets look amazing and smell so good. They were able to get some tough spots out. Very knowledgeable! I would definitely use them again

I have depended on Veterans Carpet Cleaning for treatment of my carpets since May 2019. I had my ENTIRE household carpet cleaned. AMAZING results!!!! The price is VERY REASONABLE! Very friendly, honest professionals. The house looked and smelled amazing. Since then, I have had to call twice for repeat treatments (kids, pets and grankids made spills of soda and tea) Super cheap to come back and hit spots and high traffic areas. I cannot praise these men and women enough! They ALWAYS find a way to work you in asap too!! God Bless Our Vets!!

Very helpful consultation before the cleaning and they were very fast in scheduling us. Great crew that was very careful and respectful of our house and furniture. Carpet looks GREAT! Pet stains and my feeble attempts to clean them needed corrected and they did an excellent job. Will absolutely be using this company again!

Outstanding customer service! We had the carpets cleaned before moving into our new home. Not only were the cleaning services great, they also repaired a few holes in the carpet and sprayed the carpets with something to get rid of the pet odors. They are also extremely reasonably priced. I will be using them again in the future and would recommend them to everyone.

Veteran Carpet Cleaning saved my carpet's life! I had stains that could tell stories, but these pros wiped them out like they were never there. Super professional and friendly—my carpet looks fresh and new. If you need carpet heroes, call them!

These guys are fantastic!! I've used Veteran's Carpet on 4 different occasions now and am never disappointed. Kevin and Dylan were prompt, professional yet friendly, and did an amazingly thorough job on my entire home (3 bedrooms, living room, family room, hallway, 2 sets of stairs, and my ceramic tiled kitchen floor). Everything looks like new!!
Pricing is reasonable and these young men work hard. Thank you Veteran's Carpet Cleaning for another job well done and a satisfied customer once again!

I called Veterans on Monday, and they came out today! They were prompt, and courteous and have always done an exceptional job. We have 3 dogs so I know our carpets aren't easy to clean. They always do a great job! Highly recommend them!

We were able to have our carpets cleaned very quickly after calling. The guys who did the work were professional and did an awesome job on our carpets. They look new and smell great again (we have a dog). I will reccomend this company to anyone looking to have their carpets cared for. Thank you guys.

We were very pleased with our carpet cleaning job Donovan and Jordan did. Knowledgeable and personable. Carpet looks great. Will use again for sure !

They did a fantastic job on a whole house carpet cleaning. We have a puppy with number of accidents on the carpets. Every spot was gone when they left. The men that were here were both curtesy and respectful of our needs. I recommend them 100%. They were awesome.

Called and scheduled same week. Did their work quickly and we are extremely happy with the results and fair pricing. Highly recommend!

I have used this company multiple times for general cleaning , and today for an emergency stain removal- and they are fantastic !! Great service , great people and they do an amazing job! Highly recommend !

This company is freaking awesome!! We have been using them for years! Every single visit from these guys has been top notch. There are so many reasons that make me say these things but just to point out a few:

-Very affordable
-Extremely professional
-Each time the cleaners came out they thoroughly explained what would be done and what to expect as far as results
-Zero BS
-Every visit was handled with integrity and honesty
-Military discount
-Follow up was timely and courteous
-And so much more…..

I want to highlight the most recent cleaning we had done on our semi-new carpet that our dog tends to stink up every now and then. Our number one priority was the pet smell. We were tired of the bad smell and decided to get another cleaning with emphasis on getting rid of the smell. The guys who showed up were really great and were super thorough with what they did. We were told the cleaning would bring up the smells and it would be worse before it got better. Unfortunately, that was so true. Veterans Carpet Cleaning called us to check up on the smell to see if it improved. (It did slightly improve but not to our expectations) We were content with the fact that there was nothing we could do, but the owner himself came out with a special cleaning solution that he himself applied to the “problem areas”. Almost an instant improvement, and each day got progressively better. Now we have virtually no bad pet smells all thanks to this company doing their due diligence. (At no extra cost by the way)

Needless to say, I highly recommend these guys as they are as advertised and will certainly take care of you.

Thanks again to all the folks at Veterans!!!
