I had an emergency water heater leak and Roto Rooter fixed it in a timely manner. Carlo was friendly and very knowledgeable. He explained what the problem was with my water heater very clearly. Great prices and great work! Thank you!

Pipe burst due to cold temps. Roto-Rooter got someone to come out VERY fast (even though it was late on a Saturday) and help fix the problem. Owen was transparent about pricing, did a great job communicating what he saw at every step of the way, and provided me with options where applicable. Very satisfied with RR and they’d be my first call should I have any problems in the future!

Absolutely terrible experience.. first off they came out and the guy was complaining right off the bat about the roads. And how he shouldn't have to work on days It's snowing. He was in a terrible mood . He got in, spent 4 hours working on a clog. It was just one line when he arrived but when he was done and said he couldn't finish he managed to clog Every line in the house. I told him there was a clean out outside but he said it was snowing and did not want to go outside and do it. So he made the problem worse! And this is a Airbnb property . I gave him my credit card number and they called at 9:30 stated they were done and cleaning up. I figured everything was done And they would use the credit card. He even stated they were done just cleaning up.. I went to sleep. At around 11:00. He tried calling back and I didn't get it because I was sleeping. Apparently he wrote down the wrong credit card number and instead of doing the logical thing and calling back in the morning he called the police department. Keep in mind my company did over $10,000 with this company last year. And to top it all off I went to the property with a small hand snake, and went to the clean out that I told him about. Within 15 minutes I had everything cleared and operational. I am not a plumber. I am not a drain cleaner.. charged me $500 for doing nothing except making the problem worse. DO NOT USE Roto-Rooter

We have always used Roto Rooter for any plumbing, severe issues and the service technicians are great. We’re always given detailed information that helps us to make the best decision at the time. Owen did a wonderful job. Very kind and courteous. He made sure my drain in the basement was running through efficiently. He went over other issues that could happen in the future. I respect his honesty.

Easy to schedule online, same day. Great communication with the company and their service people. Owen was polite, explained everything well and worked hard to fix our issues.

What a mess! Bad Sewer Repairs done in the past led to roots growing through the loose joints causing a big blockage. The two Technicians removed the bad repair and cleaned out the pipe, then replaced the damaged area with new pipe. GOOD JOB!!!

Chris did a PHENOMENAL job I will be using roto rooters for what ever I may need he was so knowledgeable very respectful. He even offered me additional resources through the company that I can utilize in the future . I love how professional he was. And the work that he did was great he took away all my worries. I will be recommending this company to all my family and friends and to my job !

Owen was are tech. He was amazing. He did great at keeping us informed on our plumbing issues. He was polite and treated my mom and I with respect. He did not 'dumb down' the information. He cleaned up wonderfully. These may be a little thing by themselves but they make the world of difference.

Owen was very informative and clear on everything regarding the service needed. Before diagnosing that I needed a full replacement water tank, he took the time to look for any potential alternative issue that wouldn't require it (but I knew it probably did). He answered all my questions, the financing process was easy, and communication was great.

Andrew was so helpful and friendly, and spent a lot of time helping us resolve the issue of our frozen sewer line. He helped clean up afterwards, and explained the work he’d done and what we could do to prevent further issues. The site supervisor who came was also informative and helped us feel confident that our issue would be resolved. I appreciate how thorough and easy to work with everyone was. Our regular plumber was not able to fix our d frozen sewer line, and I’m so glad I called this company for backup. They did great work for a very reasonable price.

Brian and Rob arrived ahead of schedule. They were very professional and competent and had fantastic customer service skills. The price was reasonable for what they had to do. I would definitely use Free Flow again!

Free Flow came out the next day to fix our garbage disposal problem, which was appreciated because we were unable to use our kitchen sink. The repairmen were friendly, professional, and punctual and luckily had a new disposal with them to replace our bad one immediately. The whole operation took maybe an hour, and the price was very reasonable. I would recommend Free Flow to anyone and will definitely call on them again should we have plumbing problems in the future.

I would highly recommend Free Flow Plumbing for jobs big and small. We had a collapsed pipe, which required that our entire bathroom get torn up to replace. Jon, and everyone on the crew, was knowledgeable, professional and very competent. They did a great job from start to finish, while being transparent along the way.

Nick and Andy were so so helpful! We had a leaky waste water pipe in the basement and they came and fixed it asap - also replaced some old copper and lead piping that was problematic. They stayed working til it was all finished, which was wayy later than expected. Much appreciated!

Interaction with them was good and the job was completed quickly so there are 2 reasons for the 4 star and not 5.

1. John would not give me even an idea of cost going into it
2. I thought the price was high for the work that was done and the time it took.

After speaking with my father in law about the cost on parts I am figuring $275 - $325 in labor. Also I didn't appreciate the notes left on the invoice.

Update:
After getting home after an 14 hour day and realizing that they really didn’t do a whole lot even put the faucet handles on backwards from what they were I’m dropping the rating. I really strongly feel that what we paid for the work that was done was quite high. We are talking almost attorney level hourly rates.

Also the text and email that came at the same time wanting feedback along with a text saying the job was completed a couple hours after the plumber left was annoying. This is the first time we have had to use a plumber and if we need one again I’ll be looking elsewhere.

John texted me this morning asking if I wanted him to come back out and reset those handles and I said no that I did it myself. I did say that I’d like a refund so that the rate was reflecting a fair price which turned into a whole big thing. I am now changing my review again to reflect my feelings about this company. My first impression was not a good one. In fact it was completely wrong. Now making excuses for $300 an hour for a plumber for a simple job saying the price was because his cost had gone up 40% over the last couple of years. Reality check everybody’s costs have gone over the last couple of years. After I said that I was done having the conversation I got another text from the plumber that was out with nothing other than “K“. I was not able to be home when the work was done and a family member saw the price, not realizing that they had not even given me a ballpark figure because it needed to be done. He approved it. But because it needed to be done and it was so bad, and these guys knew it they took advantage of it and charged a very high price. But ultimately, they’re the ones that have to sleep at night and look at themselves in the mirror. I can’t do that with my clients. I have to be fair and honest.

Do I ever regret trying to support a local company in my hometown.

Update 3: 9/19/24
Since he can’t seem to let sleeping dogs lie. Being fully transparent and upfront on price is important. True costs are up but when I find the part on Home Depot’s website using the part# that was on the invoice and it was $15 and I am assuming that was for one side so let’s give the benefit of the doubt and say $35 in parts.

I’m sure you get discounts on parts any smart contractor does. I even expect that those parts get marked up a bit. However for an hours worth of work the price was completely unfair. Almost $400 for a job that took so little time is not fair pricing.

Hopefully I never need another plum er but if I do , I will definitely call Free Flow Plumbing .

I was able to get a quick appointment for some non-emergency repairs. John was great and did a wonderful job. Highly recommend!
